There are some morph sets that already include helper morphs for this purpose. I'll give you an example of one, and you'll be able to find the others yourself.

Overall, I use pretty much the same approach as you. Sometimes a simple morph from a set is enough to make the muscles look more natural when bending. Other times, I have to refine it in Blender and create my own custom morph. Naturally, when it comes to extreme bends, Blender is essential. It all depends on the specific situation and how much time you have.
As for the compression/squash simulation, I really liked these two sets. The simulation process is quite fast, though it sometimes requires additional brush work afterward.

Well, since you decided to bring this matter into public discussion, I’ll explain our current position in detail. This topic has been raised many times before and has always been a point of contention.First, let me clarify why you received a warning:
On March 30, 2026, you received the item (KuJ Basement) in the requests section from @ruinedclaw.
Later, another user created a duplicate request, and you chose to fill it to gain additional points (April 6, 2026).
This specific action is the reason you received the warning.
ZoneGFX is not a simple aggregator of pirated links — it is a community. Even though the site deals with pirated content, it operates not only on written rules (since it’s impossible to cover every situation), but also on basic standards of respect toward all members.
If a user did not explicitly state that they don’t want their content shared, it does not mean you should earn points at their expense. We consider this behavior as point farming, which is why your warning will not be removed.
It’s also worth noting that @RuinedClaw is an active user, visits the site daily, and prefers to refill requests for items he has shared himself.
We will be updating the rules and FAQ soon to make this clearer and avoid similar discussions in the future.
There are many legitimate ways to earn points:
1. The easiest and most reliable — contribute: purchase an item (for example, during a sale), share it, and receive both points and appreciation from the community.
2. No money required, but effort needed — the “dead posts” section contains hundreds of pages. You can repost and earn hundreds of points per post.
3. Contests — a newer system. Not the easiest path, but you can earn points by placing in competitions.
4. Donations — you can also receive points by supporting the site.
I believe @supimps suggested the correct approach. Most likely, the author of that set created a custom morph in Blender (or another software) to properly fit the mask, including adjustments around the ears.
In Blender, this can be done quite quickly and easily. I’ve used headwear in my renders many times and handled it the same way.

But my stance remains the same. 95% of request fillers now exchange and share content privately.No one wants to be one of the 10 givers for 10,000 takers who never give back. No one wants to risk an account holding thousands of dollars in purchased assets because of some leech who doesn’t care about your requests.
That’s why the blog’s activity has dropped—and that’s the only reason.
As for points, we don’t need them. We share among ourselves without any points. The most important things we have are trust, respect, and mutual support.
@peepshow45, I sincerely sympathize with you and fully support your words. Everything you said about @worda is absolutely true. I’ve encountered the same issues many times, and as far as I know, justice has finally prevailed—he was banned a few days ago. But, unfortunately, this won’t be the end of it. He can easily create a new account and continue doing the same thing, only with even more aggression and complete disregard for any rules.
