i just want to know how you guys handle knee or arm bending?

for example if i pose my character and she is sitting then the bend doesn't look natural i mean there is no collision effect between upper leg and lower leg.

currently what i do is i export my character as obj file in that pose and using brushes in blender like elastic deform i try to simulate the collision effect. sometimes it looks natural sometimes it doesn't and not to mention it take hours. for a little hand touch on skin i do the same. then import the obj as morph(with reverse deform).

lets give some more extreme example like sex poses where the problem most occurs. in a sex pose i need to give effect like touching the breast or squeezing the breast or thrust on the ass(dog pose sex 😂). now doing all of this in blender using brushes takes lot of time and not always comes out as perfect since i am not expert.

now what i want to know from the community how they handle this things? if there is brushes inbuilt in daz which is easy than blender it would be nice or in blender another most efficient way.

if there are blogs or video tutorial please share

by default, genesis figures won't bend quite well. There are some morphs that can simulate it (search for squish, bend morphs, jiggily dynamics or luthbellina's HD essentials)
With "jiggily dynamics", "breastacular" and other add-ons (and maybe in the very same genesis figure, but carefull with that) and Edit/Figure/Geometry/Add smoothing modifier you can make some parts being deformed by any other prop (I prefer to use a hidden primitive as a box)

I find it easiest to just add a little postwork, once I have it close.

Mesh Grabber is also an option. And Deformers.

There are some morph sets that already include helper morphs for this purpose. I'll give you an example of one, and you'll be able to find the others yourself.

Overall, I use pretty much the same approach as you. Sometimes a simple morph from a set is enough to make the muscles look more natural when bending. Other times, I have to refine it in Blender and create my own custom morph. Naturally, when it comes to extreme bends, Blender is essential. It all depends on the specific situation and how much time you have.

As for the compression/squash simulation, I really liked these two sets. The simulation process is quite fast, though it sometimes requires additional brush work afterward.
