Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I do make alot of my readers a little on the dark side but it's not always completely intentional. For the Victorian girl, I was using the candle lights that were pre-set with the scene. For the crouching girl, it was attempt at using moonlight style lighting. I use Firefly to render my stuff because, for some reason, my computer DOES NOT play well with the newer remder engine in Poser. Im glad you all like my work and, if you've got pointers/critique, I'm always willing to hear what people have to say. 🙂
@Tom Vleminckx I thought your work was interesting and it's piqued my interest as far as doing more work with corpses in my renders. I've shied away from them because I've had so much trouble getting the skin to render without looking rubbery but, seeing the quality of your work, I'm going to give it another shot. As for the fetish thing, yeah.. fetishes tend to scare ALOT of people. I've been called all sorts of names for my kinks and it can get downright hurtful. I'm glad to see that you haven't let naysayers drive you away from your art.
@Dragon I'm in the North SF Bay area and, as far as I know, they still use angus beef BUT don't quote me on that. I haven't been to a Fudruckers in AGES. They took the one out that was down near Pier 39 in Frisco. As for hotdog places, hands down, my favorite is the Doggie Diner near SF Zoo. That place is AWESOME.That's awesome! Nice work! 🙂 I guess equally warped minds think alike. lol I'm glad you like my work as well. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There have always been two of my favorite books. The movies are ok but I don't think they'll ever top the books. lol
Yeah I'll get there. I'v got too much cool stuff to just give up and ignore it. I think that being part of a community where there's people that'll actually offer helpful advice other than "git gud" will help. That's part of why I gave up on it a few years ago when I first tried it out.

Thank you! I'm trying to get down the lighting thing and the render settings thing. Poser is SO MUCH easier for me as it's an interface I know. I get to looking at all the sliders and buttons and sparklies and ooooh squirrel.. Oh.. yeah.. I get lost. I have a GREAT set of presets right now tho that I'm playing around with. They came with the Wow set of lights that was recently posted up. Now if I could figure out how to get rid of the grain without having to do so much postwork, I'll be happy. I LOVE Iray.. I really REALLY do! There's SO MUCH cool stuff I can do with it and I LOVE the effects I can achieve with it but, I feel like a kid sitting in the driveway playing in the hotrod.. Sure.. I'm sitting in it and I've got a BASIC idea of what I'm doing but I wanna take this beast out on the road and let the bitch RIP, y'know? I've got SOOO many ideas!

Weather you ment for your comment to make me laugh or not.. I'm sorry.. I got a good, solid laugh out of it. lol Intended or not, thank you. I'm trying to master the ropes with bright lighting first then, I assure you, there WILL be dark bedroom shots with plenty of giggity goodness. I'll even make it a point to tag you first thing. 😉Alright... I wasn't GOING to say anything but that half-ass attempt at trying pass off your filter-work as legit artist work has rather pissed me off.
THIS is the SAME kind of stuff done BY ME using FILTERS. I guess, by your formula of thinking, I painted this by hand.
Now THIS is mixed both filters and HAND work done in multiple layers by myself for my daughter.
THIS is what a REAL hand-drawn image looks like incase your faking ass FORGOT what it really looks like. No, it's not perfect, it's flawed. It has wrinkles and imperfections because *gasp* IT WAS DONE BY HAND on PAPER with a PEN.
I have SEVERE arthritis in my hands hence why I no longer do artwork like my pen drawing above and I would NEVER try to pass this kind of stuff like you're doing! It PISSES me off and makes it all the harder for people like ME to be taken seriously in the art community! Either TELL THE DAMN TRUTH or go lay under the porch! Don't come off sideways with that swan-song "I don't wanna play with you anymore" BS because you got called out.
