@not-hunter imgur is just an image host site with a toxic community. I didn't start hosting my stuff there until I began posting here since it was the recommended image hosting site. However, either because I'm a moron, or because I require the approval of random people on the internet... I began sharing some of my work with the community there on imgur, which resulted mostly in negative comments.
EDIT .... also, why didn't someone tell me that NGV8 worked on Victoria 7?!
Naturally, I assumed compatibility between characters would require third party scripts, or at least updates. I didn't expect it to function as such right out of the box. I guess it makes sense though, since G3F and G8F share the same UVs which makes me hopeful that NGV8 will get the V4 update script that NGV7 got.

NGV8 Looks nice but the golden palace (its only for g8 for now) is a lot more flexible. It has bones for a lot more control over movement.
3feetwolf also put out a script to use the NGV7 on gen8.
I don't want to use Genesis 8... you can't make me! 😛
Seriously though, I'm really hoping for some backwards compatibility with Golden Palace. Didn't see a product support thread for it else I would ask about a G3F UV update.
Haven't been impressed with either Gen 7 so far.
Starbound is calling my name. Building colonies for the scattered remnants of the human race is rather calming.

There does not need to be a post about Golden Palace. You can make one but I remember there is a post that there are plans to make support for or releasing a separate version at some point but Meipe working on a lot of stuff right now.
Great thread! I've spent the weekend with my kid, organized a sh*t-ton of content, installed less of said content, set up my scene for the contest, and spent a bit of time, unsuccessfully, trying to convert some damn shoes for different characters. Planning on seeing "It" in a bit, and just catching up with the good folks here.
@mysticfortune - the update for NGV8 also has a script that can update the textures without having to reload the prop.@not-hunter - Totally!! The world of technology has, and always will, follow the avant-garde set by the porn industry! VHS, DVD, Online credit card transactions, video chat, even the word "selfie" are here because of porn. And I love it, too! It's a healthy expression of sexuality, and all some people can get. As I see it, the world would be a lot better if we all just relaxed a bit about sexuality, and concerned ourselves more with violence. And Alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.girls! I have not thought about that in yonks! Good times, indeed.
@eelgoo - We should all take your advice to Mystic!@mars I'm so conflicted! On the one hand, I want to see the It remake, because it looks interesting and I really dig the new look of Pennywise... However, on the other hand, I'm not really one for scary movies. Especially jump scares, which is all Hollywood seems capable of doing now a days to really scare people.
IT doesn't have too many jump scares tho, its more creepy than anything. Was a good movie, I'd watch it again!
It is not even the whole story they split the book into two movies. I would just wait and watch them both back to back.
@MysticFortune - It's VERY well made. Lots of subtlety and camera work add to the overall tension, but as Rokkstar says, it's definitely more disturbing and atmospheric than cheap effect. There are a few jump scares, though. And Pennywise is fantastic. I was pleased with it, for sure.
As Kooroe mentions, it's just the first part, and at 130+ minutes, it's a long sit. But it's much funnier than one would expect, and the pacing is dynamic enough that it doesn't drag.
