It’s been a while since I hosted my last contest and I have points to give so here it is, a new contest… and because there’s never too many contests.
Theme
Legend
It can be a knight in armor, a historic figure… It can be as simple as a portrait of a music icon or complex fresco of all the characters and monsters of a Greek myth… It can be epic, menacing or inspiring; you get the idea. As long it fit the theme and if you can sell it to me, it’ll be okay.
Rules
Pretty much simple.
1. It’s open to everyone.
2. Give a title to your entry.
3. One entry per person.Deadline
April 1
Prizes
For the moment:
1st Place: 20 000 points
2nd Place: 10 000 points
3rd Place: 5 000 pointsI also invite everyone who would like to add to the pot to do so by pm, participant or not.
Voting process
I’m still not sure between option 1 or 2
1. Like the Film Noir Contest, where members vote for each entry with a scale of 1 to 10. Voters will have three (3) days for voting. The thread will be closed April 3.
2. It will be an off-site poll, at https://www.easypolls.net/. Tell me if you have trouble accessing this website. You will have three (3) days for voting. The poll will be closed April 3.
I’m open to your suggestions and listening to your preferences.
Bonus
I will give 500 points to each member who can explain me his/her artwork. Is it an original story, a local legend or public figure he/she admire or hate and why? If it’s a fable from your imagination or an existing tale, a small resume (2-3 lines/sentences) could be nice.
I think this is it. I hope you all will participate in vast number. If you have questions, comments or if something isn’t clear enough, don’t hesitate to pm me.
Have a wonderful day and good luck!

I will be doing this one! I prefer the contests to don't make me download a specific item that I HAVE to use to enter 🙂
Hope you dont mind me using something im already working on.
Im with Stiles on not needing special stuff. Even though I downloaded stuff just for the album contest ;P

I only share this with you because, like you, I have lived many human lifetimes. Being a genie has nothing to do with granting wishes. It is a curse of servitude imposed on us by elders to repayment our crimes through humility. My current master holds my loyalty by simply owning an item. It's humorous that most believe it has to be a magic lamp. She has treated me well and given me a form of freedom if I can be truly free. It is good to see humans have learned magic again. When %@d82... data corruption.

@d0gg0d : I don't mind you using the same picture. It was in a gallery not in a contest. And @littlesparrows Yay! Shadowrun!
@drgnmztr & @stilesgirl : Very happy to count on your participation! Another Yay!Rank:
Cernnunos, as The Horned God, Lord of the Animals is portrayed as human or half human with an antler crown. Though he wears a human face his energy and his concerns are non-human. He is protector of animals and it is Cernnunos who is the law-sayer of hunting and harvest. While He is recognized most often through his connection to animals and our own deeply buried, dimly recalled, instinctual animal natures, Cernnunos is also a tree, forest, and vegetation god in his aspect of The Green Man, Guardian of the Green World. His branching antlers symbolize the spreading treetops of the forest as well as his animal nature. As Master of the Sacrificial Hunt, His is the life that is given in service of new life. His wisdom is that the old must pass away to make way for the new.

@tomsk, I think @miarka is fishing for an entry from you!
Miarka, does it need to be limited to two or three sentences? I feel I need a lot more to bore ya'll with my legend!
Jimi Hendrix
Jimi is a legend world wide, but nowhere more than here, his home state.
He's buried in Renton, and as a teen, we would visit him on his birthday every year at his grave back in the 70s. Listen to his music, share memories, smoke, and have a good time.
He's also memorialized at the EMP in Seattle, now called MoPop, which I've been too numerous times, and never left with dry eyes.Legends of The Arena Gladiators
Beloved by the masses and sometimes scorned by the elites, Roman gladiators were the working class heroes of antiquity. For more than 650 years, people flocked to arenas across the empire to watch these armed and highly trained warriors engage in a blood-soaked spectacle equal parts sport, theater and cold-blooded murder.Legends of The Arena Gladiators
Thanks to our generous sponsors the rewards are now at:
1st Place: 39 250 points
2nd Place: 21 550 points
3rd Place: 12 700 pointsThank you to our sponsor : @tagore, @robf4g210, @para, @coolcat and @meriel.
P.S. The 500 story points will be awarded at the end of the contest.
Rank:@robf4g210 I'm gonna enter if I can find the time 😀
