I get it that he doesn't appreciate the free advertising that piracy gives, but that isn't cutting off your nose to spite your face, it is self decapitation!

All that will achieve is to drive customers to piracy.

If you think about it there were three involved parties here.
!. Th consumer (Us)

3. Render Hub
Render Hub gets a percentage of sales. They might not have
appreciated his Hissy-Fit

If I had to guess, either he or hub got hit with a cease and desist. If he got it personally, he probably got spooked and pulled everything down. If hub got it they prob got spooked and either gave him directive to remove all offending products or just removed him and everything with it completely.

I suppose a third option (although extremely unlikely) is that he is moving to a storefront like DAZ that doesnt want you selling on another site. Its highly unlikely, but I mention it because DAZ themselves seem to be flaunting the IP laws a bit lately with some of their "inspired by" stuff. Still unlikely, though.
