    You should extract the contents of the “Content” folder directly into your Daz library path (e.g.
    C:\Users\username\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library or whatever).

    Currently everything is still inside the “Content” subfolder, so Daz can’t find it.

    I don't know what exactly do you mean by "hacked" but why not just get get the original iso, install and "activate" it afterwards? That's safer.
    Also, I'd say install Windows 10 instead. There's ways to optimize it and remove the spyware and AI stuff. I did manage to get it working well on 8 GB RAM and an old CPU.

    This product for example has morphs you'll find useful

    Genesis 8 Female Head Morphs

    Another idea is to turn off limits in Parameter Settings for the morph and use negative values.
    There are many morphs that enlarge the lips, so using a negative value, in theory, should "downsize" them.

    This website showed up in Google search
    https://docs.tyflow.com/ which says tyFlow is a particle simulation plugin suite for 3ds Max. It also has a free version, subject to the following three limitations:

    Multi-threading is disabled
    GPU acceleration is disabled
    tyCache export is disabled

    which makes it useless for anything other than testing/trying it out I'd guess but idk, I don't use 3ds max.

    @hansiwansi Like I said before, check the source code to see the server's response. No response usually triggers Firefox's own error screen. Other than that, try disabling extensions or reinstalling Firefox.

    @hansiwansi
    Do you see any errors in Firefox or just a blank webpage? If it's just an empty page try taking a look at the source code (right click in the page and select View Page Source). Is there html code, or not?

    @frank22

    Then about 10 minutes ago I tried starting my VPN which gave me internet access. Turned VPN off, re-start, and now everything back to normal.

    VPNs have this "Kill Switch" feature which blocks all external network traffic when connection to the VPN server is lost, to prevent your actual IP address from being exposed. Check if this is enabled in whatever VPN you're using. I've faced similar issue which gets resolved after re-starting the VPN.

    I kill it in processes after I use it as it lingers in the background.

    I think it happened because the VPN process didn't shut down correctly and the "Kill switch" remained enabled, which also explains why other devices had internet access. That's my guess.

    What's the exact issue? Did you add the content library folder to Daz? Are you seeing any errors ? If yes, what? If not, check the error log for a clue.

    Increasing max samples doesn't increase the VRAM required to render a scene.

    Usually, what happens is that things go blazing fast for a few, with my GPU running in the high 90s percentage wise according to HWMonitor.

    You can use Task manager/ HWMonitor to check the VRAM usage.
