I don't know what exactly do you mean by "hacked" but why not just get get the original iso, install and "activate" it afterwards? That's safer.
Also, I'd say install Windows 10 instead. There's ways to optimize it and remove the spyware and AI stuff. I did manage to get it working well on 8 GB RAM and an old CPU.

Hello, my advice is to get a Win10 original ISO, create an installation media with Rufus (https://rufus.ie/en/) and then activate it with MAS (https://github.com/massgravel/Microsoft-Activation-Scripts?tab=readme-ov-file#download--how-to-use-it).

I have concerns about security running obsolete unsupported OS's.

I have upgraded to Win 11, but have disabled a shit-ton of official integrated spyware garbage apps; Copilot, OneDrive etc.

There are loads of tutorial videos on you tube on what needs nuking & how to go about it.

Like everything else in life, you still need to keep an eye on things & maintain it, as every update has the potential to re-install the garbage you castrated or deleted!

My graphics computer runs a 'hacked' version of Win10 only because most software demands it. I grabbed what's called the 'Emeliorated' version which has all the crap already ripped out. I've yet to use a legit copy of Windows.

Good ol' Windows XP. That was the last good OS from those hacks at Microsoft.
