As amazing as the Mods are, I don't think they'll have the time to check every single file that is getting uploaded on this blog. Unless the issue is caught when the asset is filled as a request (and people are actually checking the files they get), files won't be getting vetted, unfortunately.
And if you had not made this post, nobody would know the file is not correct.

In my opinion there is only one exception I see and that is if you purchased the same exact item yourself. But even then, you should probably PM the filler to clarify that you purchased it.
I've seen people post items I originally filled. If you're not posting it soon enough after the original fill (not a day or two, more like two weeks or longer) then that is kinda on you for not posting it.
But posting an asset from someone else's fill... that's a dumb dickhead move because as @ulysses said, you'll probably get banned.
@night - Ooops lol, sorry! I just re-read your post 🙂 So yeah, that is an interesting situation. I agree that you shouldn't have to "read minds". I think there should be a tick box next to the message area that everyone has to fill before the fill request can be posted - either "This can be publicly shared/reshared" or "Do not reshare or use for refills anywhere at all". That way it's clear to everyone - so good idea @night - totally agree with this.
@night - my understanding is this post is referring to the refilling of requests when you didn't buy the item yourself - at least that is what I thought lol.
I don't think anyone is expecting you to be a mind reader but a little common courtesy and respect can't be too much to ask in ANY community whether it's for advocates of free data or not. The issue is people are NOT honoring requests in fills to NOT share publicly when requested.
I am with Doodlebug 100% on this. While I am not new to the community, I am fairly new to sharing my assets as of January this year. And the amount of refilling and sharing to other sites after people have been explicitly told not to is kinda ridiculous.
Regarding refilling, my only 2 cents to add is that I can see only ONE scenario where a refill may occur without repercussion which is if ANOTHER member of the community has purchased the item as well so they were not on the original fill request. If you choose not to put your items on the blog, again, that is your choice. But you shouldn't be able to stop someone else from doing that if they purchased the item outright. The reason I mention this is that other blogs where thieves reside are capitalising on this. If someone shares in a fill request then doesn't share on the blog AT ALL, these people will take that item and reup to their blog sharing it with their entire community and the wider internet.
There's a select group of people within this community who choose to do whatever they want regardless of rules the Mods/owner may set. I started out sharing all the assets I bought until this started happening to me every time I shared something new. And like DB I could fill a lot more recent requests but choose not to because I know these assets will be taken and reupped elsewhere by someone else.
I want to be able to share the items (I have purchased) when I choose. If I want to reup elsewhere afterward, that too should be my choice, not someone else's. I am paying for these items to share with THIS community specifically, and this is where those items should remain unless they are put up on the blog or the person that purchased the item chooses to upload elsewhere.
Hi eelgoo - yup the names are all correct. Someone else mentioned that it has happened to them, and they just waited it out, and it eventually came right so just going to wait a couple of days and try again then.
This is probably the latest info on the premier shapes, but they haven't updated it in a bit by the looks of things as other models have been released since Hoyeon. The only other way to get this info afaik is from within Daz, but you have to be a premier member to see it 🙁

They were updating this page regularly, but it seems they've stopped for some reason. No SKU details that I could see other than what you already know by accessing the relevant bundle on the Daz site.
I do recall reading a post from the owner advising he was running out of space and as a result he is changing the expiry time on files from 120 days to 60 for non-premium members 🙁
Ah okay, thanks for the info 🙂 Hopefully, they resolve the issue soon because I'd like to register with them at some point.
