I think Cecile is not Sasha Luss. the Cecile model jaw is quite wide unlike Sasha's face with her quite angular V shape jaw. Nose and chin is similar but overall vibe it's not quite her. I dont know who it is though, sry cant contribute much more to discussion.

Wide jawbone, thin upper lip and brows are a match. Nose so-so.
And his naming convention is similar to a name of celebrities he's modelling.
So, my guess is that it's Catherine Bell.

"Boxxy" (real name Catherine Wayne) comparison. She has a rounder face shape but the facial features seem to match. This coupled with the product description leads me to believe @apatheticcrossroads is correct.
