In the past I have been given content to upload because they didnt want it traced to them.
In the past Ive given out content to upload because I didnt want it traced to me.
Its my understanding that MODs are regularly given content to share. If a person creates an upload link they can send it to a mod to release publicly after a period of time.
If a MOD spends points on a bounty and the item isnt uploaded after a certain time then perhaps the MOD should post it.
I was always under the impression that mods approved every link that is posted publicly. So I am confused as to why they have points totals when everything should be free to them. unlimited points should be a MOD perk.
