Everyone is getting the email at the same time except for the two shady person who received it way before everyone else so they had time to received the check by snail mail. Sure XD
The shadiest part of this whole thing is the return of money.
Most businesses do not do that. That would be a last resort. Step one would have been to simply block those users from making new purchases but allow access to already purchased stuff / or alternatively issue a download link for them to grab whatever they had purchased in case they never saved it previously for a limited time and then that access gets cut off after download.
Nobody likes to give back money, especially if it can be avoided.
To reiterate:
1. A few months ago I was a member here under my real name.
I also had a RenderHub account under my real name
A Render_Hub vendor came out with 5 new items at once.
I purchased all 5 and posted them here over a two day period
(not Bunkr)to fill requests.
During this period I started receiving messages from the vendor on the RenderHub site.He knew it was me who was filling requests

For an entire day we went back and forth.
The next day I was banned from Render Hub.
I contacted Render-Hub and stupidly asked what I had done wrong.
I also mentioned I had accumulated a few items and what would
happen to them.
Until I saw this post I thought I was the only one who got
the email.
The email was correct with the dates, amounts, etc.
If RenderHub was interested in obtaining information about me
it would not have been that hard
So...took a chanceI haven't been banned from there yet, but I wouldn't mind a refund for everything I purchased so far. lol
Well it looks like they've achieved the intended reaction from us.... fear and distrust😲. Calm down and stop playing their game.
I got the email midweek. I only checked my mail last night and there it was.
Honestly, I thought it was really sketchy from the off, so I'm not going to respond to it.
Normally, if a company is refunding money in this day and age, they do so electronically - they don't offer to put the cheque in the mail and ask for your full postal address.
They can keep the money; it's not as though I spent hundreds on RH.
Tonight I ordered a pizza.
When the knock on the door came, my immediate thought was
"Oh my God!!!! It's Render Hub"
Thinking of installing peep hole in front door
(will use the 175.00 if I get It)
@anna1945 all pizzas have cheese. If there's an oddball one without cheese, sorry, but its not pizza. 🙂
