Good, great for you, but don't assume that everyone will be fine with this. I, for one, will not be. Granted, it won't ever happen because I'm not a major artist working for anyone famous but I won't let it slide if that ever happens.

@hunter That's a lame excuse, about AI needs to learn. AI needs to learn by itself or with artist that draws specifically for this. Not stealing other style of works from other around the internet. In fact there are many who's style are used for AI, that are pissed off about this.

Also another thing that you're all missing, is the fact that stable diffusion AI for now doesn't create these kind of "perfect" works. They're all retouched from the base AI creates, so there's still a human "hand" behind it. This is not AI stuff alone by itself.

I feel like that all of you are leaving something behind: the fact that most of this AI stuff is made by "stealing" other graphic style, from folks all around the web (and for example, Playground.ai it's a clear example of it).
Without those, the AI it's literally useless to work with. So paying a "lifetime deal" while stealing at the same time from other artist, is really worth it?

Also "AI is the future" is the most idiotic and dumb thing I've ever heard in a while.

Personally speaking, I only used the RSSY converter from iray to filament for the chara, but I didn't rendered or anything using filament. I used Iray instead, just to see the differences about it and you can see it here: https://twitter.com/brynhildr93/status/1347972208736546820

First is the filament, the second is the original iray model. To be honest, other than the hair which kinda lose almost everything, it feels like identical as the original not converted. Another artist made me notice that the normal and bump maps also are somewhat "ignored" and thus there's none of it. The makeup also is less accentuated compared to iray, but it's still really good. Also, I think shadows are casted differently from the iray model.
The only thing that is worth mnentioning after rendering, is that the MB used were different. I mean:
- 218 MB for texture and 72.225MB of geometry for filament
- 216 MB texture and 72.190 for Iray

To be honest, I don't know why filament would weigh a tiny bit more compared to iray, since after all I suppose should be more toward 3Delight kind of materials than iray or even "heavier" than that. Can't really explain why.
But yes, like Pixels said as of now Filament is kinda useless and the promo shots for it aren't exactly that great (KindredArts makes you believe is good somehow with those enviromental shots, but it's a bit meh). I tried also that first skin released for filament, but.. it's so, so bad. So.. your best bet is using that for previewing rather than rendering or anything of the sort.

Personally speaking, I use DA for the nsfw classic type of renders (so pinups nudes), and then I dump all of the lesbian/futanari content onto Slushe and Twitter as well, other than Patreon of course (which is mostly used as sort of tip-jar).

I agree about the fact that DA isn't really your best bet when it comes to showing what you can really do since it's really meh (in fact for example, I see barely little to none blender artist. Only daz is there, along with those XNAlara stuff. And lot of it).
I mean, sure I have 1.1k watchers as of now but there's barely any interations and the ones who does it, most comes from Slushe or Twitter. So yeah, it's really not the best place, but if you're just an hobbyist that doesn't really care about likes and stuff like that, is relatively good in the end. But always just for simple pinups nudes and that's it. Otherwise Slushe is the best place to start, then move on to Twitter as well.

Pixiv don't even consider it, since you have to censor with mosaics almost everything except breasts since it's a japanese site. But the last time I was there, there are lots of japanese people who will follow you and I almost reached a huge number, but then the pixiv staff striked me because probably someone flagged my "uncensored" content (when in truth there's still out there, but maybe because I was gaining "popularity" I attracted too much attention) and i had to delete the account. I came back after a couple of months.. but I left again because fuck it, I like my works being uncensored.
