impressive art...
November 6, 2022 at 4:06 PM #1886750@brynhildr I dont think they fed AI by stealing other ppl work
As far as I know, they feed what they find in the public domain.
And I think any artist who didn't want his artwork to be fed/used in AI algo ... they can report that...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DALL-ENovember 6, 2022 at 4:17 PM #1886756@brynhildr another thing ... currently, they provide an option to feed AI your own text so that it can produce your same writing style. I think they will also add that option to the artwork section ... So that you can upload some of your own work and ask the AI to generate new image based on that 😀
November 6, 2022 at 4:32 PM #1886764@inversekinematics I dont think so ... AI will be like your assistant ... will make your work fast. Like those people who use AI to write website content ... they generate articles with AI, then edit them and fix wrong data produced by AI. (like wrong stat, date, number etc)
So for them, it works like an assistant. In art, so far, I have no idea lol.
Currently, I am using it for FUN, and I am so addicted to it 🙁 Have to stop playing. Here is a sample AI text output:
Story AI input: Early morning coffee at the Bakers ShopOutput:
I stepped into the Baker's Bakery at 7am in the morning and it was raining. I put on my raincoat and gloves, got out of my car in the parking lot, and walked to the door. When I stepped inside, I noticed it was very warm and smelled like cinnamon. I saw a sign on the counter that said "next in 5 minutes."
I picked up a brochure from the counter and looked at it while I waited for the next person behind the counter to appear. It had all of these exciting photographs of cakes, pies, cookies and many other yummy treats.
All of a sudden a man who looked like he was about 60 years old emerged from around the corner carrying a coffee pot (which was also filled with coffee) and placed it on the counter next to me.
"Hello," he said. "Welcome to Baker's Bakery."
"Hello," I replied back after feeling very awkward about being there all by myself at 7:00 AM in the morning. He asked what kind of coffee I wanted and left to go get it for me before coming back with my double-shot espresso.
November 6, 2022 at 5:11 PM #1886776The link now goes to a page about copyright AI? clearly a scam.
November 6, 2022 at 5:29 PM #1886779@3deer its both
Unlimited AI Writing
Unlimited AI Drawing
And many other toolsNovember 6, 2022 at 5:57 PM #1886794Just my very average and probably unimportant input, but I create artwork with DAZ because I enjoy placing items, struggling for that perfect lighting, placing assets, post production etc etc. I feel like I'VE created something, imperfect as it may be; it's MY work not some AI's.
As I said, just in my opinion...
November 6, 2022 at 11:39 PM #1886911Hahaha wow, jesus
Dude we all have Nvidia GPUs here, do it free and don't pay some dodgy websites
https://rentry.org/sdupdates2Stop giving this OP attention
Also OP your generations are so basic and cringe dude stop trying to siphon money out of people you are absolutely pathetic
November 7, 2022 at 12:00 AM #1886921I don't think your generations are basic and cringe - several I uttered 'Ohhhh' and 'coool' when I was looking thru them. Post more - you're doin great I think!
November 7, 2022 at 12:36 AM #1886925yeah they are run-of-the-mill types. just type in random words to obtain results like that in stable diffusion. But that's not the biggest problem, art/beauty is in the eye of the beholder not the prompt or the AI engine.
My problem is I DON'T SEE the advertised product beyond stable diffusion in the topic. They say 3 models for blog and comics, but I don't see results beyond pics and some sample text which could have been generated anywhere. Thanks, but no thanks.
I think @cc592 has the right idea here, even though his wording could be improved.
November 7, 2022 at 12:51 AM #1886929This honestly looks like art stolen from other artists, and then just chopped up and Photoshopped to make it look like new artwork. Doesn't matter if AI did it or human, its just stealing/plagiarism. Also, don't call it YOUR art work because its not. At the very least its the AI's work.
Also, why is this advertised on ZoneGfx? Major turn off.
November 7, 2022 at 2:48 AM #1886939Hunter....
This is cheating..... You're letting the AI do all the work.
😉

Wow I'm really surprised at some of the comments here from a bunch of
people who steal others peoples work or you wouldn't be here right!!
Kinda hypocritical I would say 😉
It isn't stealing others people's work its public domain so its not
violating other people's copyright
[https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/]
@hunter I think it is awesome how AI works great pics you've done!
I love the fact that AI will write a story for you I see it as a money
maker for sure a lot of people are already using it for that purpose
take Rendo there are people selling backgrounds using AI generated pics .
Some are even putting it up in the gallery at rendo and i'm sure its all over
DA haven't been there in a while... Selling it on etsy, ebay and places like that;)
I've also found lots of sites that are using the art to make money!!
Till now I didn't know that AI could write for you !
Welcome to the future 😁November 7, 2022 at 8:42 AM #1887047Hi. My name is David and I have been into AI for 7 months, first 3 with Disco Diffusion understanding the system, prompting, models, settings, schedule, etc. and nowadays using Stable Diffusion as a personal model trainer (sometimes private for IG AI artists). My currently job is professional material artist at Adobe and I'm ex concept artist (and more things) in the industry for 11-12 years but got interested in AI since May this year. I will answer and correct a lot of things said here thata were wrong.
First of all, it seems that some people still don't know what is a diffusion or how AI works. I alreday saw Steven Zapata's video where he told that AI replicates works. Utterly false, AI won't replicate any input and no matter how much you train it to do it, actually it will mix the "style" of that inputs into the prompts you put for a guidance. So even you try to replicate same artworks the only thing that get similar is the style.
Let's talk about the style. The style is something you build upon other works as inspiration, references, films, comics, books, etc. on a daily basis, that's called a visual library and everyone have it's own. Professional artist library usually is HUGE, AI's VL is limited to the dataset which actually can be tweaked, changed and extended.
Before all of you start screaming it's stealing, etc. No more steal than professional artist when inspiring in other works, other artists, films, netflix, comics, references, etc. They never (and me actually) paid copyrights for it. Same as when people do fan art, etc. Nothing is original, we work on a mix of things already created called "our own style" but the fact is that we neither invented anything new, we just put pieces in a unfinished puzzle.
The diffusion once again ("rendering") its inspiring on the artist's style or in the dataset but never will be using actual works in the final image, will be using the style AI thinks was used to create those.
About training. Training a model its easy, train a good model not so easy but never close at those prices in the first post IMO. A normal person can buy a 10$ subscription for 1000-2000 images generation in DreamStudio (Official Stable Diffusion site) or like me, can use VisionOfChaos or WebUI to run it locally which his or her own GPU card FOR FREE (paying electricity bill) OR use Google Colab also for free. I trained a model yesterday for 14 hours for a friend based on his works to 17.000 checkpoints, more or less.
It's ok they're lifetime but the images are SD 1.4 and can run for free even on Google Colab s on non paid accounts. Not worth IMO.
There are lately thousands of sites with ridiculous prices trying to jump in the AI art wave, my advice as artist and AI trainer, don't go this way. You don't need to pay a single $ and you don't need (if you're willing to pay) more than 20-30$ month to get a MidJourney account with better results (actually with V4) or just save to get a nice RTX 3000 series and use it locally on your PC.
BTW, I'm crystal clear here. If some of you have any questions, want to see some examples of training, etc. feel free to contact me. See ya.

@davizca87 Thank you for your explanation 😉
I've been using deep dream for a while now and it now
has a text prompt also..
Then used the trial version of midjourney here recently
I just use them for fun I think AI is awesome a great way to relax 🙂 -
