Why not just totally delete dead posts and avoid any issues? If someone uploads those vanished articles just insert a new valid post.
That donation was not necessary but I do appreciate the kind consideration. I am sending them back but not because I do not appreciate but because I DO appreciate your kind gesture.
The Dead Post notation was well below the BUY NOW button off screen until I clicked and got the download link.
1) There should be NO buy now on anything dead
2) Clicking anything that is dead should warn you it is dead
3) There should be no download link to anything that does not exist.Numbskull

My thought however...since my assets are not on any of the pc's where DS is installed I can disconnect the asset server from network. DS would then be empty of all assets.
My concern is the update of the actual DS program itself. Does the DC allow you to download the latest program file for install? As long as I can obtain the actual program for install or update I can delete the DC application then simly point to the content directory on the network again? I can never get a straight answer from anyone on the DS forums or their support people.
Their FAQ indicates you are not required to have DC to use the DS program...but no where can I find where to download the latest program...only the DC shit show.
Date and time easy. WordPress runs on PHP all webmaster need to is add a simple line of code to the main template where ever he wants it to appear.

I don't use WP much, mostly Joomla developer but this looks like it might fit the bill with very little effort to make it work.
When ppl submit encourage good tags and descriptions that will help. Not just "G3" or "Genesis 3" but more specific tags "male", "clothing", "poses" "hair", "Morphs" and so on. Anything like this in description and tags makes it much easier to find what you are looking for.

SEARCH still sucks. There are free plugins for WordPress to make for better search. Still don't know why stuck wading through page after page of irrelevant results trying to find stuff. Example this visit. Wanted some poses for G3 Male. Put that in got page after page of Female poses and other stuff not related to either poses or G3 Males at all.
A real search function would sure be appreciated by all !
If that won't happen how about breaking up the blog into more distinct categories so all poses related to G3 Males are in one alone, same for G3 Females and so on. That way if we must page though multiple pages at least they will be relevant pages.

I keep a text file on my computer in same folder where I download assets. I put my url to content there then if/when I download I just mark it with * to let me know I have it already. That way I kinda have a list of what I have, what I might want and what I already downloaded so I don't download again.
Only software required is your text editor. !
Thanks. While a plug in can use some minimal disk space, a search plugin (which would replace the one there now anyway ) only uses (CPU/RAM) resources as a search is conducted, not while idle. You can also try using Google configured to search ONLY your site and no outside URL's for result. No load on your end other than the Google querie that will take place. I guess its a trade off to serve data out to Google vs. searching local content.

Improve search function. Add advanced search allowing boolean as is available in Google. Should be several free or almost-free search plugins available. I believe this site runs on WordPress.

Could also help to separate props from environments as that is a HUGE catagory and produces many false positives on search.
