Not sure what you're asking @tblack86 But I will try to help anyway.
If the drive or the location of where you keep your Daz products has changed. You'll need to add that directory to Daz so it knows where to find your products.
Within Daz Studio, click Edit, then preferences, then click the content tab. Then click on the content directory manager button at the bottom.
Then click on Daz studio formats under content sets, then click add on the left side of the pane, and then browse to where your daz products are now located, and click select folder.That will add the directory.
if a lot of your files still have triangle symbols with explanation marks on them. You can try reimporting the metadata or resetting your database. To do this click on the smart content tab (the three lines with the triangle at the top on the left hand pane, next to where it says login) And select Content DB maintenance. In there click the tick box and then select accept.
If you only have one drive bay there are hard drive to usb cables you can buy. it will allow you to plug a hard drive in via USB.
Which one you'll need will depend on the type of hard drive it is. They're relatively cheap.If its an old laptop harddrive 2.5" then you'll need something like this:
if its an old desktop harddrive 3.5" you'll need something like this (This will also work with a laptop harddrive, just make sure not to use the additional power cable if you're connecting a laptop harddrive. The additional power cable is for desktop harddrives only.)

If you're not sure which harddrive you have. Just look at the pictures on the amazon links I've posted. And select the one that looks like yours. They all look different so its hard to get them mixed up. You'll want to plug the USB cable into a USB 3.0 port on your device. They're the blue ones. They run faster than USB 2.0. although the cable will work with either, USB 3.0 is a lot faster.

Yet at each four edges of the board, outside of their view, stood the table they had once sat around, and in the sky, the ceiling of the very room they’d vanished from.
They were reported missing. Time passed, the board game still sitting there, collecting dust. The room remained untouched, left as it was. Reserved in their memory.
Fast forward... It was now the anniversary of the day they went missing. Their relatives gathered in the same room, sharing drinks, reminiscing about the ones they’d lost, and the conversation soon drifted onto the strange game in front of them.
Dungeons and Dragons and how their missing loved ones were so obsessed with it.Not knowing how to play it themselves, they read the instructions and decided to give it a go. Each unknowingly choosing the character sheet belonging to the person they had lost.
To the players outside, the figures looked like tiny toys. But inside the game, it was life and death. The shrunken players unable to move on their own. Their bodies were practically puppets, animated only when someone rolled the dice. Forcing them to take the actions the dice roller called out, fight, flee, or evade. Even if it led to their death. They had no choice but to obey.
The game had begun again. After ten dice rolls 'the missing' found themselves inside of a cave, then inside of a dark room. Behind them, a giant metal gate began to close. The God sized player above threw the dice and shouted, "I slide under the gate and run" But the dice landed on double ones. The gate slammed shut. Flaming torches lining the walls flared to life, illuminating the once dark room, and in front of them... stood their first boss.
Fuck!

Try this for a couple of weeks.
Disable CPU in your render settings. That way you're only ever using the GPU.
If Daz can't fit the scene into your GPU's memory, it'll just fail. If you find that it never fails. Then you're not using the 10GB you currently have. And like 3dnoob said, in that instance upgrading to 24GB isn't going to make a difference.You'd think having both the CPU and GPU rendering a scene together would be faster. But it doesn't always work that way.
The GPU and CPU have to communicate constantly when rendering together. It's not always efficient.
Imagine you have a hole that needs digging that's the size of a typical burial plot. If one person was digging the hole it'd be done in no time, they could just get on with it.
But if a hundred people were digging that hole, having to constantly check in with each other to discuss what part of the dirt they were going to remove and where they were going to put it. Then check in with each other to confirm that they've removed it, then to tell the other person they could take their turn digging their bit. It'd take a lot longer.
I found that rendering with both the CPU and GPU at best shaved 2 minutes off every 60-minute render. Hardly worth the extra electricity, and definitely not worth running the CPU into the ground by having it at a constant 100% on all cores for an hour as well as the GPU.
By disabling the CPU and relying just on the GPU. My CPU never goes past 20% during rendering times. My system’s also a lot cooler because of it. And the time difference isn’t even noticeable.

These values come from the navigator.platform property within the browser's JavaScript environment. Which usually points to what the browser was compiled for, not the actual system architecture its running on.Running Brave and having a randomized fingerprint means the website wasn’t tracking you that way. You also cleared cookies and aren’t logged in. So, I doubt they actually know it’s you.
Maybe they had other people using their browser-based service with the I.P address that was assigned by your VPN. Temporarily blocking that I.P address from using it again for a while. Or maybe they’ve just blocked known VPN, I.P addresses from using that service as they’ve been abusing it.
A lot of websites don’t run correctly without Java enabled. So, you're right. I doubt that’d work.
I usually just switch to a different server and use temp email address's to get around usage restrictions. Hopefully this is just a one off thing, and other websites don't clamp down on it the same way they have 🙁
Fingerprinting, maybe?
Websites use fingerprinting, which allows them to identify your device, so it can tell that it’s you, even when using a VPN, and even with cookies disabled or cleared.
Fingerprinting is basically combining bits of information that your device allows websites to access, such as web browser version, screen resolution, fonts installed, drivers.
Most impressively, they also use your GPU to render a tiny image in the background. The way your GPU renders that image is unique to you. Even 2 GPU’s identical to each other with the same drivers installed would render that image slightly differently.
All this information combined lets a website identify you regardless of your I.P address.
The following website allows you to see what other websites can see about your device when you access them,
Click start, then fingerprint analysis. It will give you a canvas fingerprint number. That's unique to your device and the browser you're using.
Clear your cookies, close your browser, reconnect using your VPN. And check the website again to see if your canvas finger print number is the same.
If your device isn’t setup right, it will be the same every time. Showing that your device can be identified even when using a VPN.

Some web browsers are better at others when it comes to protecting your identity. I’d recommend Brave. It randomizes your fingerprint using various methods. Chrome on the other hand is probably the worst browser to use.
If Mega and Google Drive had a search function for albums set to public I'd imagine it'd be a lot more than 20K. Think about how many public albums this website points to alone.
On Bunkr 20K isn't surprising, most of it is porn and people upload it to share.
You're not going to come across albums full of office files, peoples computer backups, or random peoples phone albums on there.
Just think, what we're seeing now is only the beginning of this tech.
When we where playing Pac man and Space Invaders no one could have predicted that we'd now have games like cyberpunk and the upcoming GTA 6.
Trying to think where this tech will be in a few decades time is mindboggling. Especially at the rate that it's already growing at.

Bunkr's not having problems. When uploading files to Bunkr you can choose who they are accessible to. Making files public when uploading them allows other people to access them too.
https://bunkr-albums.io/ is just a list of publicly available albums and files from that site. With a basic search function that isn't great, making it hard to find stuff like Daz content. Plus, anything anyone has set to private wont appear there.
I suppose the PostImage deleted thumbnail could be considered art by modern day standards.

@eelgoo Converting G9 Characters to G8 or G8.1 works well using this tutorial, although you'd have to apply G8 textures to it.

It's impressive tech! Thanks for sharing. But to say it doesn't change things by "a lot" is a massive understatement. If you played spot the difference with that image, everything in that photo would have to be circled, because not a single thing is identical, even the ceiling is a different color!
Thank you! This has saved me twice. The first time I tried to install it. And again, just now. I backed up my Daz 3d library. But not the plugin location this has to be installed to.
And trying to install it again stumped me like it did the first time. Until I remembered the solution was somewhere on these forums.In case this helps anyone else. Make sure the files aren't set to hidden. Because if they are, they wont appear in Daz.
You should check your Daz log file to see what's going on in the background.
Click on Help -> Troubleshooting -> View Log file.
If you are using the 'Smart content' tab to apply poses, clothes etc. Clicking the check box 'Filter by context' will filter your content to show only those things that are compatible with the character you have selected in the viewport. As trying to apply Gen 9 poses to Gen 8 characters wont work.
When a request has been filled. It is sent to the people that have offered the reward. The request is then deleted 48 hours later.
It is up to the person filling the request if they want to then upload it to the blog for other people to download. If it’s not on the blog, the filler has decided not to share it with the wider community.
