That's only happened to me once. I filled a request and noticed it got posted to the blog later that day (after I said I'd post it in a couple of weeks). The uploader wasn't on the request thread, but I found it strange that he/she didn't bother to fill the request thread but posted the item directly to the blog so I checked his points history and he had a lot of transfers with one of the requestors. I called him out in an IM, and he denied it. I vowed never to fill request from either of them, but I've forgotten who either of them are at this point.
