How do you delete a post you made?
September 26, 2018 at 9:27 pm #778087You can just edit comments. I don't think you can delete them.
September 26, 2018 at 9:58 pm #778120@masin you can just refresh your page on the thread and there might be a 'delete'
HOWEVER, you've put another reply since then so it might complicate things.
Also, you can just clip and paste any of these three names and send them a PM (personal message) and request which thread you want deleted . if you look at each comment, there is a "reply # (followed by six digits) as a referenced. Our mods are:@tomsk (Tomsk)
@monkseye (Monk)
@hunter (Hunter)
any of those persons can delete the thread or even correct the thread you need deleted or corrected. For example when you are 'posting a reply' you can look above where you are typing and you can click the "IMG" button. You will be prompted to add the URL of the image you want to upload then click and add the text you want to describe the image then enter again. And then hit the submit button at the very bottom once you are ready. also, there may still be a choice to "edit" your reply and that might solve the issue, too. Well, I'm sure your entry is enroute to this site.
Also many people use (www.imgur.com) and create an account just to upload images they use for the Zone)
Speaking of uploading to the zone, it seems you've recently joined. Welcome aboard.
If you haven't already visited this thread, do so and say something about yourself to the Mods that run it. you can see what others say.
(https://zonegfx.com/forums/topic/tomsks-new-member-points-giveaway/) and a mod will reply and send you a welcome amount of 1000 more points to your account. Okay, please resubmit your entry. I'm glad you have it done already. Okay, did I take up a whole page? GOOD!
Anyone that HASN'T entered has less than four days to submit your entries. I'm claiming that I have 20 entries. I believe that's pretty good for my first contest.September 27, 2018 at 3:20 am #778391Thanks for the information. I was trying to post my image on here instead of linking it but the image didn't appear. So I tried to post it again and when I did I saw I was able to edit my first post.
Another question how do you get your images to appear in your posts? Am I being blocked because I'm linking from google drive?

September 27, 2018 at 9:19 am #778724Kicking it 90’s Style!
What inspired me was the first appearance of Virtua Fighter in the arcades in the 90’s. Before PlayStation, Before N64, Before Sega Saturn you had to go to the arcades to see all the best looking games before they were released to consoles. This game was so a head of it’s time the only console that we thought might be able to play it was the Neo Geo, but even that couldn’t play it at the time.It was the shitte, then Tekken and V.F. Remix came out and there was no turning back.
My models use way to many items (most I don’t even know where from), so it would take forever to name all the pieces. If anyone care to know what they are just PM me and I’ll try to look them all up.
The Arcade machine was found on the squid site.
September 27, 2018 at 9:20 am #778725It worked! Thanks everyone!
September 27, 2018 at 11:31 am #778843Thank you for entering @masin It's a great inspiration that inspires many of us, though I've stopped playing arcade games in 1984. I still have problems passing up a good ol' fashioned pinball machine. We now have 20 (TWENTY) entries!!! Less than 90 hours to get your entries in, people. Next week, the voting thread (2) will be available for voting, followed by results/critique on thread (3) the following week. Not trying to rush you but @d0gg0d already has a contest on the heels of this one. Thank you everyone!
September 27, 2018 at 4:51 pm #779160I played arcade games all the time in the 90's. My friends figured out a way to play any game for a penny. So you can guess we were at the arcades every weekend. But alas our binge gaming did put 1 or 2 arcades out of business... But by that time we had already moved on to PlayStation, N64, and Sega Saturn.
PS: The "Penny Pattern" (the name we called it) worked on any machine that took coins in a similar manner as the arcade machines. So you can imagine the weekends we had in NYC!
$1 goes a long way... lol.
September 27, 2018 at 5:20 pm #779197To all you 80s kids who played in arcades, may I suggest the album 'Kids' by 'The Midnight'?
September 27, 2018 at 11:32 pm #779542Note to Arthur: I've decided to fulfill my contribution to the blog early. I've bought and uploaded Exnem's Club Dress for V4. The post is still pending.
September 28, 2018 at 12:00 am #779568Thank you @tommytomahawk for uploading a character that wasn't on here before.
To everyone still contemplating and/or working on your entry you have only 72 hours remaining to get your entries in. Thank you points are given to each person that enters as well as gratitude points for uploading an item that wasn't here before (*not required but will get gratuity points from me) the top three selected renders will share in 100,000 points divided 50k/30k/20k for top three winners.September 28, 2018 at 2:35 am #779708Wow... the memories.. arcade games. lol There was one right across from my highschool that ALMOST put the School Store (the alternative to going to the GODAWFUL cafeteria) out of business. We would mob over there at lunch, pay $3 for fries, chicken strips, and a drink then game our asses off until it was time to HAUL back to class. lol Unfortunately it got spoiled for ALL of us when a bunch of kids started dealing dope out of one of the back rooms and the owners got held liable for it and had to shut down. For a kid who only had a Nintendo (the OG original grey and black box) that was truly devastating! After the arcade was shut down, we were all stuck with whatever the community center would pop on or whatever our local Pizza Hut would bring in. I've been gaming tho since roughly the early 90's started out with Mario Brothers.. Duck Hunt was my first real addiction.. (still wish I could have shot that damn dog)then along came FF7 on the PS1 and that was what REALLY got me hooked on RPG's. FF7 ist still my #1.
September 28, 2018 at 9:31 am #780050Yeah the Arcade back in the day was the best. Not only was it great for seeing the best games you could almost never get at the time, but you found new friends\enemies there to play with. Now a day's people are hold up in there homes trash talking people from behind the controller.
Gone are the days of walking into the Arcade and trashing the players there or getting your ass trashed.
Good times...
