Well i thought to upload something on MEGA to share it here, to get some points.
My first question is, when i´ve bought something on RR or Daz i collect the original zip with the content in it on a seperate storage to Archive them. Do i upload this downloaded zip to MEGA or did i have to put this zip in a new rar and upload it? Imean it safes a lot of work when i be able to upload the Zip, like i have become it from the store.
My secound Question is, how i have to name the upload, can i just give it a number. Lets say the download able zip data is called 666 for example and in it is the product. When i shar this upload link, i can say what is in it, but MEGA dosen´t have to know it. Doese something like this work safe? I mean nobody has to know outside this side whats in this zip or rar i ve shared on MEGA. This would give me a better feeling of safeness. Or did i think to complicated? I mean as long you know what´s in the archive, the name of the archive is irrelevant or isn´t it?Another thing is, i have tried to download two characktes, both with a size of ca. 80 MB seperatly behind another and MEGA has interuppted the download. They have told me that my download space was full and i have to buy a premium to continue the downloads. I mean WTF. i can´t download more than 160 MB without interrution and waiting time of a half hour? What is when i like to download a Pro Bundle, this would enterupting the downloads constantly and the download time would be hours. Did i have the same problem when i upload something on MEGA?
Just to coplement that you don´t missunderstand me, i know that some downloads from the stores coming in parts, sometimes. So i would do it in a rar or zip, that´s for sure. All parts together in one archive to get it in one download link. The volume, which is in one archive doesn´t matter, right?
Sorry hope you will be able to read my bad english. I shouln´t have to watch to often out of the windows in my english lessons at shool, lol. 😛If you don't get an official response here's my thoughts as an occasional uploader.
The original zip is fine , you don't need to re pack it unless you want to change or add something.If you do repack it, I think the name should clearly show what's inside.
Say you were uploading the package "Show and tell for G8F"
then the zip/rar should include show and tell in it's name.
Personally I normally name the archive as close to the original product as possible.Cheers!

..and rename the folders was just a fix idea. I haven´t any idea how deep sharehoster watch
in the things thats get uploaded on their portals. I mean when i upload a produkt
with tha name Victoria 8 pro bundle and give it a download link, it should be clear that this isn´t nice for Daz. But i get your point that the downloader, have a little idea what´s in the Zip/rar folder, he has downloaded. I would do it a little bit different and just give them numbers, but GV8 Pro B is a little bit of bouth for example. It´s not like give a broad hint and it gives the downloader a better overview what he is downloading. I get it, i think. -
.. and by the way i´m not upset or sad not to become answers to my questions, that has asked thousend times, here in the forum from newbies like me, i understand that, for sure. ..and i try my best to answer my self the prime questions by reading the posts wich explain it. But for a newbie it could be a lot of information, that´s overhelming a little bit.
So i appreciate it, if a pro gives a newbie a little explanation to select all this information flood.

I prefer to put the original zip and a promo image together in a RAR file. This is also the method suggested in AnjaBear's stickied thread. That said, I don't think you have to -- simply uploading the original zip is okay.

Are you using a VPN? If you are, change your VPN location/IP address and then you can restart the download from Mega. Mega treats each IP address as a new user. (However, sometimes you will still be blocked if someone else already downloaded a lot from that same IP address, which often happens when using free VPNs.)
You can also use download software such as JDownloader2 or Mega's own MegaSync. This will make it easy to restart a download that has stopped.

one Daz Charakter i´d dowloaded yesterday and i used her on the startworkspace
without anything else in the szeene to check her out. The figure (Genesis 8) slow down my system extremly.
That lead me to a big question. I use Dazstudio 4.20 and this version has no offline starter exe. so i allways start dazstudio with this shitty Dazcentral. I don´t like it. So my dazstudio is online conected all the time i work with it. My question is does daz spy out my MY DAZ Libary where i instal all my non daz produkts and the free downloaded daz products thats not installed with the daz installer from Dazcentral? Because i never has this isue before. I never has used free downloaded products from daz, RR, etc, before. So i wasn´t aware about that risk. But now i get consider. How deep can Daz watch in my daz libaries, when i use daz online conected anytime. Well i relly don´t know what daz central is trafiking in the background. I mean there should be a reason why daz has made it inposible to work offline with daz. I´d contacted Daz support to ask for the old daz starter exe. Maybe that using of free downloaded content on daz is something for the pros and not for causal renderer like me. I realy don´t know to be honest.I'm now in the habit of including the file size in the share description... Rendo will show it but Daz doesn't. It's a small thing but sometimes I'll pay for something but then realise it's way too big a DL for what it's worth to me. Like hundreds of MBs for a frigg'n polo shirt... I have limited disc space I don't want to waste.
As for bundles, I love it when uploaders split them into separate Mega files so I don't have to DL the whole thing when I'm only interested in a part of it.@Frank21 good point!!! this is the reason why i allways check the links from here to the original product, especially whan they come from RR. It´s a realy good feature that they post the vollume of the space how big the files are. this is one of the reasons i be deterred to download Genesis 8 pro bundles. they are to big and there is a lot not realy usefull content in them. 10 to 15% of the content in it is not interesting for me. Hair, the alternativ models and this Daz genitals what just come with this pro bundels is interesting. The poses, animation and all that casual clothes, i don´t need, too. And when you have limitations of download vollumes for free on all that filehosters, it´s allways helpfull to know the sizes of the downloads. I think it would be also helpfull to know the Filehoster where i donload before i spent points on it, bcause there are fillehosters i don´t like to download. Mega is very cool. But some others, not really.
To be honest a big + to free download stuff for me is to test someting out, before i would buy it. I work on a relativ old pc. And HD and UHD rendering isn´t possible for me. Mostly i work with small set ups and not big szeens. It would be nice to know before i buy Hair for exemple wich is really expensive for me, that i know if it fitts in my renderspace. And to test things like this out, before i would buy them in the stores, this free downloads give me a good opportionity to check this out. When i´m happy with the product i would buy it later. If it´s not realy work on my system i delete it, to safe space on my Storage.
