Thanks I'll try the .dll
December 20, 2019 at 1:41 AM #1385194I've noted that all the examples pulled things up. Does it also push things in such as a fist punching a stomach or other impact like points?
December 20, 2019 at 1:47 AM #1385202@ernist Yes, push or pull, even side to side. Anywhere you can move the gizmo, the mesh goes with it. Very cool.

December 20, 2019 at 2:49 AM #1385284Awesome, thanks heaps @rscotjohns, you have no idea how much I appreciate this
December 20, 2019 at 11:42 AM #1385761@littlepleasures I had the exact same problem.
It may still have installed, if you check the tool options in Daz and see if you have the Mesh Grabber tool on there, I did not, but the solution below worked for me.
If you download both dll's that have been linked in this thread, place them in your plugins folder then run the install again, you still get the empty box during installation, but the Mesh Grabber tool should be in your tool options.
December 27, 2019 at 12:43 AM #1395723OK. As many will probably know I like to do a manual install so I can see what is going where.
Historically I have always been able to fire an exe off to a dummy Daz installation & then do my custom install with the files dumped off to the dummy folder.I have an issue with this particular installer.
It only sees my Beta installation, not my General Release or Extract location.Any suggestions for a solution, please?

December 27, 2019 at 2:00 AM #1395788I couldn't do that either as I manual install also. No ideas. But it installed fine. woah. what a concept for me huh?
It takes some getting used to. No directions so you kind of have to guess at what you're doing. I'm not a big fan yet because I'm not able to control it. So far its been a pain. AND, I have NO idea how to turn it OFF..
December 27, 2019 at 4:45 AM #1395923yeah lol,i default install it,but now i don't know where the thing end up,it's appaar in my about plugin list, but i don't see any Mesh Grabber tool in my panes or anywhere, can anybody show me where those thing is?
December 27, 2019 at 8:15 AM #1396076Hi all,
I have not installed this yet, but there is an 8 page pdf manual.
It is in the folder;
DAZ Studio_4.5;4.x Public Build;4.x Private Build
if you have not found it yet.
This is only available in the newer .exe and DIM download - not the original .exe - but the DIM content still looks messed about with to me [not the DIM that Daz intended??] and not what I would have expected to be downloaded for auto install by Daz.December 27, 2019 at 11:51 AM #1396334This is getting more & more confused.
Which is the one that is available here, there original .exe or the one you are referring to?Do you know what files are where at this point?
December 27, 2019 at 2:51 PM #1396537Hi,
The original poster has updated the item content.
I found the pdf in the location that I mentioned, after downloading the current posting.
It is in the current download - which should also include the .exe [as per info from original poster].December 27, 2019 at 4:51 PM #1396712OK Thanks for the clarification. 🙂
December 27, 2019 at 9:52 PM #1397040I actually saw the video on daz which explained a lot. LOL says for 4.12 but I'm using 4.11. Under tools at top you can activate it, but you actually need to have a tool settings pane tab open to use the settings. No wonder I didn't really have any control.
