    @monkseye @Tomsk @Eelgoo @anjabear, @Hunter
    and to all the members

    I'm a little confused about a rule
    When a request is filled,
I thought the sharer had a priority on publishing a product during the first week.
This is apparently not the case

Over 10 days, I completed two requests: (”Mr Boogey” and ”Boned Corset").
And other members created the post for me just the next day or a few days later.

April 2nd, i filled Boned corset filled
    (https://zonegfx.com/forums/topic/some-rendo-outfits-300-points/)

April 3th, someone created the post
    (https://zonegfx.com/boned-corset-g8f-by-man7a/)
    —–----
    april 7th , i filled ”Mr Bogey”

april 9th someone else created the post
    (https://zonegfx.com/mr-bogey-for-daz-studio/)

If I read the rule stated by eelgoo

"Once a request has been filled, the asset supplied should ideally be publicly posted within one week.
After that, any member is free to post said item."

Why say this rule, if someone is already doing it after only a couple of days.
This rule is designed to ensure that the product is published but does not protect the sharers

If I read the tips stated by Anja
"""In keeping with the site’s TOS, I have the right to ask those I give my files to, not to post them on the ZoneGFX pages, public pages or on other share sites. This file is for your private enjoyment and use, not for the rest of the world yet, I will post it after a time myself to ZoneGFX. Any questions about this feel free to contact Hunter, Monk, AnjaBear, or Eelgoo, the moderators""" (https://zonegfx.com/forums/topic/requests-tips-tricks-from-anjabear/)

But it is far too easy to have the product published by another ways
    - member with several profiles.
    - through a friend member.

    - Let's say that the guy actually bought the product too (I have a big doubt).
Why does he create the post after seeing that the request is filled.
That's kind of taking the wind out of the sails

What do you think about it?
I would like to have your opinion

I think that a rule should be added in this regard

If a request has been filled, and the sharer has let it be known that THEY filled it, then I think the sharer should have priority when it comes to posting on the blog. That has happened to me a few times in the past and personally, I think it should be stamped out, provided the sharer has let it be known they will be posting to the blog in the given timescale.

    @Phoernik

Absolutely, you should be the one to post those items, if you wish to.
As far as i am concerned, no one should post an item that has been filled until the 'filler' has either not posted the item within 7 days or has stated no desire to post the item.
After 7 days anyone that received the item has fist option on posting [1st come 1st served], or any other that has the item may do so.
Policing this is the problem - especially for those that chose to ignore the set process.
Admin - upon notification - should remove the items, in favour of your postings - immediately.
Also, as a deterrent, any points from sales of the item should be transferred to the OP - as it is only because of them that the item is available.
    policing the

The main problem lies in the fact that the person posting the item may not even be aware that there is, or has been a bounty request for it. It seems not all members are active in the forums.

The reason I worded the ruling as I did, was more to try to ensure the item gets publicly posted.

@fuzzy3000 I agree, especially with your final points.

@eelgoo I don't think anyone has a problem with the ruling, per se, but surely if you are checking to make sure the item is not already posted to the blog, it's not too much of a stretch to ask you check it hasn't been filled in the request forum?

We can't make people do things, only encourage. :0/

I think it should be up to the person that shared the item, ONLY that person should have the right to post it unless they give their permission to others to post it.
and yes sometimes other ppl will buy the same product and share it, NOT knowing u have already filled a request for said item this usually happens with new products or when a really good sale goes on.

The item at least the day after should be removed so that the actual filler can post it. Probably both honestly, for this reasoning: You should be searching when uploading anyway, and if you did, you'd see the forum, and you'd see that someone already filled it. I really dont see the area of excuse for I suppose you can call it blog-sniping. You can talk a couple moments to make sure the product isn't uploaded, and to make sure to see if it's being requested and already filled. And if it's already filled, do not post it.

If you honestly can't take the short time to search a name through blog, and forum, searches to insure those two things, don't post to blog. That's how doubles come up, accidents, and people purposefully posting a product they didn't fill or knowing someone else filled it and posting it anyway.
