    Unfortunately, it is just guessing games without knowing what product is causing issues.

    A_ryn products is vague. Can't locate at Daz or Renderosity. I'd like to help, but basic info is still missing

    There is something strange about this thread because this user has edited his previous messages to delete any reference about the asset; in this message @eelgoo mentions how he often uses the vendor's shoes, but you can't find his name any longer in previous messages, and in his last post the vendor's name is deliberately misspelled. The only explanation I can think of is that he's trying to post a similar thread on an official forum and make this one harder to find, so I don't think he'll give a clear answer.

    @keab, I don't think it'll make a difference. I'm 99.99% sure that these forums are read daily by vendors and creators. They'll watch for the same problem to pop up in another forum where he can be id'd and Poof!, he'll be banned. This has happened to a few careless people who then came back here complaining.
    People really gotta use their heads.

    so I guess not to ask a same/similar questions on the Official forum, for staying low.

    Some people have linked personal accounts, posted signed art, posted RL pictures of themselves so asking the same question isn't that bad I guess...

    @rottel, At one time this place was vibrant and everybody was yakking about something. There was a huge 'change' here a couple of years ago and it's since been a lot quieter. A bunch of folks no longer post or participate.
    For technical questions you're probably best to ask in the the two Discord servers.
    There's '3D Shards' and 'Daz3D Slackers'. Slackers is billed as the unofficial server so it's free of overbearing moderation. I like 3D Shards because it's much quieter and I only have to check it once a day to stay current. Slackers is a LOT busier.

    No need for Blender. Just reduce the item's resolution to Base. Then you should be able to select the desired poly(s). It's the High Resolution that's mucking it up.

    @3Demon
    Thanks, those unselectable faces/polys are gone after turn-off High solution to Base,
    and then all faces/polys are selectable,

    wished to know this earlier.

    As promised, points have been transferred to @3demon for that brilliant discovery. I'll have to watch for that now.
