3duk and romfx is the same. The "company" who copy striked your 3duk contents is named "ROMFX company".

Now while I believe they are the same, I am now beginning to think a bit differently.
Since there has been overwhelming attacks by ROMFX, Bulgaria, 3DUK, BlopBlopFish, and few other artists from renderhub, could it be possible that RenderHub owners themselves are condoning this behaviour or could be that they are acting on behalf of these vendors to protect their income stream? I mean the way 3DUK quite easily ballooned the sale price of his characters from 12 USD to 300 USD, makes me think that RenderHub owners could be behind this.
Just think about it. Most of the vendors on renderhub are not Creators at all. I personally purchased some stuff from few vendors (apart from the mentioned above) and realised they are not creators at all. They keep overusing the same textures and body morphs with minor tweaks and sell under a different name. I personally contacted the renderhub support team once and they directed me to the vendor. The vendor simply denied and then stopped responding.
I could be wrong here, but we are also hurting the RenderHub Owners too. Daz3D, Renderosity, Renderotica have been around for too long and they can sustain on their own. Can Renderhub cope up?I just googled Renderhub Company info and found an interesting link.
Its old but definetely worth looking intoWould probably have to sick Riot Games after them since I'm sure Riot (or possibly Disney) would be the only company willing to go after RenderHub.
Well, and that's why DAZ (the DAZ world) itself was never been too much a popular and a reliable chance in the 3D professional panorama EXCEPT for G8/G8.1 basemesh sculpt (which speed up the process) and it's mostly for hobby and fast-concepting character you actually make them in Maya/Max/ZBrush, etc. it's a bit of a circus the DAZ panorama but well... Let's talk a bit :).
Let's talk about the wonderful DAZ store: Some people actually think and believe all products in the official DAZ store are "carefully sculpted in ZBrush" while it's another lie, few of them are... To maintain that product release schedule a professional 3D artist need to work 20 hours per day in ZBrush... Nah, I don't buy this lie, sorry. And I know this first hand.
Renderhub (to name one) is infested of vendors who are doing mostly the same, porting copyrighted characters and/or tweaking existing already-tweaked-DAZStore char moprhs (hilarious). A circus. The morph of the morph of the tweaked morph.
And I have my deep respects for @BlopBlopFish since he at least tries to change a bit the character, adapting, tweaking textures, etc. and its not a 10 minutes job as others are doing claiming for 30$. If I want a ported character I will prefer him before other unworked-low quality-junk.
About Riot games... Umm, Riot Games would never want contract any of those vendors cause 95% of them never opened an organic sculpting 3D software in their life. They just are clicking buttons with their mouse and weighting things. A serious company will never have "artists" like that in their roster. It's impossible for them. They can be popular on 3D models overall selling sites or Deviantart but that's it. Forget to see them working in the professional industry cause a minimum skill is needed.
3DUK raising prices to 300$ for what? are you insane? Seriously...
I can not give you the exact count, here. Its only going out to people that's already invested now. We have 3DUK in panic mode and wanna keep him right there under our finger. Without that count he will continue too loose out on some models.

A) I know more of the in's and out's of copyright laws well enough to know you have NO RIGHT to be targeting us.
B) While yes, it takes a tad bit of practice to create the rips you think you own in DAZ, THAT gives you ZERO rights to any LIKENESS, THEME, , NAME, OUTFIT...ZER0 rights.
C) WE, us, the PAYING customers have more of a right to your content due to those to reasons above. See now it will also become more of an issue where we all thought we were getting OFFICIAL content.

SO now your peddling your precious models to actual FANS of those characters. All the while STEALLING money from the actual owners.... REMEMBER, Riot already ganked ya, and I noticed most of the FORTNITE characters available are dropping FORTNITE in the titles. SO I am willing to bet that its more than Riot giving ya the middle finger. I have faced and lost to EPIC, and it is not fun. So I understand why the title is dropped.
D) When this all began, I was a paying customer and so proud to own and FIRST TIME share YOUR Cortana here in the ZONE, I also still had 13 of your models in my cart only awaiting payday.
Then less than 2 days later ANOTHER person was selling me my share....so I looked and seen just how brutal you were becoming to the UNAWARE users that just wrote the lost posts off as a random hit. Not knowing you were more than likely another PIRATE here in the ZONE. Among us night and day paying for the next hottest item on the feed.LAST) SO I simply spoke out. Made myself known and KEPT my intentions crystal clear. sat back and allowed fate to step in and drive what all came next. All the while hoping you were smart enough to just speak up, say "My bad" and lets all just move on. I have only been a pirate and part time News Reporter in all of this. YOUR actions towards the Brethren you were among caused everything else.

If I need them its a simple process of a DL link and point transfer, followed by a "SAFE to DELETE link message once I have secured the model with a WELCOME to the party message\ bundle link once I have checked the content. At this point I am clueless on the REAL 3DUK here on the site, Along with carrying the weight of all the other contributors trust in me. so I am being real careful on every aspect of model Retrieval until this is over. Please, if you have ANY of the last list missing content message me. I have to at least try and explore a possible solution to get this done, then choose if I can go with it or keep everyone waiting still.

I am so sorry. I fuking hate hypocrites. Yet I have to be LOW DOWN DIRTY and down right NASTY to get a toxic snake out of the weeds here in the ZONE and not get bit in process. I will tone down my posts abuse of the tool @3DUK and focus more on my quest to the top 10 in points, But I will still need some random "F-you" post allowance until this is over. Guys and gals, this is a war. and they take time. Stay strong, be diligent in your share and DOWNLOAD methods until we get this target issue resolved. AND DO NOT try to DOWNLOAD A FILE that is named different than ACTUAL TITLE of file. THIS is a freaking PIRATE 101 basic! If you see.iso, why are you even trying to DL it? Big plans with that next outfit or morph or whatever? Come on man...its a misdirect hidden pop up. Just click little DL button, then hit "esc key" after ever click on the little DL button until you see the little button ACTUALLY move.

Just read the entire 3duk post on deviantart. Here's my take
1. Local police are a waste of time. He needs to report to a cybercrime unit. Its a different gravy, but then again its pointless because he has no case here. One thief cannot file a lawsuit just because his stolen goods were stolen.
2. PerfectZer0 knows he is a pirate which doesn't do him any favour, but 3dUK has a lot to lose if he was to lodge a police complaint. If it goes to the court, it will be dismissed as 3DUK cannot even remotely claim all his posts on Renderhub as his own creation. He has no leverage at all.
3. 3DUK has wilfully posted publicly and mentioned that he would call Charleston police. 3DUK HAS already broken ONE law here
a. Data Protection ACT - Mentioning your own patron's physical address which is protected under law, you have WITHOUT CONSENT publicly revealed Perfectzer0's physical address. This is a criminal offence and you have exposed yourself to at-least 1 count of gross misdemeanour.
b. The other offence is even more severe, which I won't mention here, but by all means if things really get ugly between 3duk and perfectzero, I will file a legal complaint against 3DUK as a private citizen both in UK and USA as I'm a dual citizen. Unfortunately I will have to rope in RenderHUB too.
Forget STALKING, what 3DUK has done is a lot worse.
My suggestion would be that both 3dUK and Perfectzer0 find a common ground and sort it out because I hope many here wouldn't want a dire outcome.
But perfectzer0 you retain the right to file a lawsuit for blatant violation of DATA PROTECTION ACT against 3DUK and Renderhub (if the parent company is the one where he obtained your personal details from). If Renderhub is where he got your details from, RenderHUB will have someserious explaining to do.@3DUK - I don't even know who you (3DUK) are and who perfectzer0 is, but as a third party its pretty obvious. Your actions speak volumes about you.

Add to that you contradict yourself by saying that you have lost nothing monetarily .If that was the case truly, if you really are unperturbed, you wouldn't have reacted by increasing the prices of your models. First, he wouldn't have a pot to piss in in court as the shit that 3DUK creates, he doesn't own as he doesn't have the licensing rights. Secondly, he can get in shit as he's giving out personal information.
This dudes actions a lone are making me want to rat RenderHub out to all the companies that all the content there is stolen from.
