Need help identifying another outfit and possibly the hair on a model...

The hair looks like Emilia Hair by OOT (https://www.daz3d.com/emilia-hair-and-oot-hairblending-2-0-for-genesis-3-female-s) not sure about the outfit though. Hope that helps.
