How do you organise your content ?

Hi Everybody, At the moment I have my content organised in four sets of folders, paid Daz, paid 3rd party, other Daz and other 3rd party and it's a bit of a pain finding and keeping track if stuff.

I wondered how other people go about it, do you keep the paid and other stuff separate, do you use the smart content and add metadata or just stick it all together in one set of folders ?
