general request

I really think that members that have not read through the FAQ should take some time to go and read it, especially new members. The FAQ is full of interesting things that might help smooth the way on how to do things here. There is an etiquette to being a pirate, eg, please when requesting and thank you when your requests have been filled. It makes for a much more harmonious community.
