Am I missing something (again :/)
I don't have the "G8 character" in the library of characters to choose from, when trying to load G8 cloth items, to G3? (;What figure was the item originally made for?) Anyone know what the issue is - here?
I've had something like this happen.
I make the file path it's looking for and drop the needed file in it.
There's probably an easier save/edit option but if another file happens to look for it then it's there.G8 clothing won't "just work" on G3. If you try to load a G8 item on a G3 character, Autofit will trigger. Select the figure the clothing was made for from the dropdown, and Daz will try to fit it to the G3. It works, but the morphs may be off, and it won’t look as "natural" as if the item were loaded on the intended figure.

@felicia install the genesis 8 base figure, I guess?
That's weird. If G8 is installed and you can load it properly, then it should be on the list. I can't say why it isn't there.
