Please block those users who constantly fill out the request but do not provide a download link.
@ItsMeNotYou there was a problem with hair builder 2 (reallusion) where there was people "filling" the request without a download or with just a link to the reallussion site.

Like I said in the PM, accidents can happen, and we won't ban anyone because they did something wrong once. If they are "returning" names or their first "crime" was a huge exploit that's obviously a different thing, but I can't see anything like these revolving around your item request.
These mistakes happen. I remember when I was a newbie here, I accidentaly posted the wrong link. Once I realised my mistake, I PM'd one of the mods, told them to delete the post, apologised for my error and reuploaded.
Not everyone is operating in bad faith - most times it's a genuine mistake. And if someone accidently messes up once or twice, banning them is a little extreme.
In no case do I wish harm on anyone, except good, but there are rules why people brazenly break them all the time.
I have noticed many times in many requests that people fill out, but there is no link to download the file.
It seems to me that this is simply stealing user points.

They can't ''steal'' the points. The points aren't transferred immediately. You have to wait twenty four hours after filling the request to be awarded your points, which leaves plenty of time to the people who made the request to alert the mods that there's a problem with the download.
yes, I know that, but the person made the request 2 times, I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes the request 3 times.
Even if he does and he's up to no good, then how can it be of any benefit to him? He's not going to get any points, due to the problem with the link provided.
