You didn't specify which Generation but I'm going to guess Gen 8. Here's a Gen 3 option as well that you can just auto-fit onto Gen 8.
Essentially just look for Zombie hair styles and they'll work well for hobos and the sort. Both individuals unimpressed by personal hygiene.
