I guess I'm getting out just in time. I haven't downloaded almost anything since Gen 9 was introduced and I just saw all the Postimg promo pics are being taken down. Trouble yet again brewing in paradise (ZoneGfx)???

Correction: It's caused by two vendors.
Btw I don't know if folks at postimage are just lazy or it's a rule there, but if one item gets a "DMCA" strike they purge the whole album, not just that one item.
Either way, it doesn't matter. Most of the people asking for take downs are people that rip assets from games and produce content based on movies and then act like the character they 'created' belongs to them and can be sold freely.
In my mind, they are even worse than the people that share these assets freely.
Image the gaming companies going after them. HAHAHAHA.. F'in lame.
Do they really think that by removing the image it will stop us sharing? Maybe it's a warning we're being watched, no shit LOL.
I bet half of the vendors download from this site, and not just to confirm piracy, either. I am further willing to bet that some of them take things like morphs and poses (and every MR they can find), change them just enough to escape scrutiny, then repackage and sell the results.
It is a merry-go-round of fuckery, and probably has been for almost 30 years now.

It's not just the rip off merchants that are at it. Renderosity has recently stepped up their game.
Renderosity has to do something to recoup the enormous pile of money they sunk into buying Poser, and selling DS trinkets on consignment is pretty much the only source of income they have.
Does anyone actually use Poser anymore?

AFAIK and no one uses Poser anymore, even though Bondware is releasing Poser 13 next year.
They'd do to Rendo exactly what they did to Runtime DNA @Ethiopia.
I'm not sure what the PA deal with Renderhub is but if it more generous it might be another reason why they're jumping ship from Daz and Rendo. And personally I have no problem with Rhub being half legit and half not. It makes prospective ambulance chaser's work for their money.

So i've had 9 post image takedowns so is someone targeting me or is this like @warrant63 said
they take a whole lot down at once..I don't sign into post image to upload images so how would they know which ones to take down?
