If the BLOG post is yours, you go to the REPORT POST button, click it and put the new link into the AUTHOR NEW LINK section so we can replace the link for you.
If it is NOT your post - then make a new Blog Post and let us know (in the title, REPLACES DEAD POST) and we will remove the dead post and change your title text as the new version.
When in doubt, contact either @hunter @monkseye me or @eelgoo

I didn't know putting up a new blog post as supposed to get rid of the dead post. I've done new blog posts for several dead things (I usually add 'new link' or 'repost' in the title, but sometimes I forget)

yep and you know the worst thing ? this is explain in the FAQ but i didn't see it... XD
But the last time i had this problem the report post did work (maybe AdBlock, or broken java ?)Yeah, whitelist ZoneGFX in any ad or script blockers, it breaks lots of stuff like the Report button, and the Disqus comments (not that anybody uses it :/ )
I don't know why Disqus is even here. But you can DM Hunter to get points back. But imho, once you're over like 5000 points, losing 50 points on a dead link isn't much, assuming you aren't only getting points from daily visits.
Dimer, as told upper in the discutions, i'm newbie on this website and didn't even know to who report anything. And because my eyes are actually splitting blood with animation, i didn't saw the "FAQ" (big enough to be seen, but my brain was melting).
Anyway, a little reminder sometime is not so bad for everybody. If the admin want to close this topic i would understand.

I didn't see it in the FAQ either. I wasn't trying to criticize you or anything. My previous reply was aimed at someone else, not you 🙂

Most likely, Disqus was chosen to take the load off Zone server as far as comment handling, which makes great sense.
Except that Disqus is SOOO 2009. I have a feeling that 3/4 of our members don't even know that it exists or how to use it.
