    Checked my inbox today to find a message from a user I've never interacted with asking for 1000 points; just wondering if anyone else has had similar?

    wHY ask for points? i mean if you log in for a week you get 700 and besides there is always interesting stuff to see and read here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I was going to send them some points, too, cos I'm a generous gent and all that. Then I wondered what they wanted to buy for 500 points, and when I visited their page it was gone. The internet is a wonderful place if you don't take it too seriously 🙂

    The account has 350 on hand. Joined a month ago and zero activity until a few hours ago.

    Glad it's been dealt with, but like another person said in the comments above; why couldn't they just have patience and log in for ten days in a row? That way they'd have their 1000 points. Makes no sense to me - it's not as if points can be converted to cash.
