The requirements to add custom content must have changed but the instructions must not have been updated.
As to image URL it says to use https://postimg.cc web site but when I do that it tells me that I must use https://postimg.cc. ???
In other words I used the specific site recommended but this site refuse to accept it so it is not possible for me to add because the submission form refused image URL.
I forgot to mention I tried BOTH

and

imgur.com
and same error. Simply cannot add content using either of those sites to post images.
What format is your image in? Jpg and png work fine. Maybe check to make sure. BTW; what size is the image?

=^-^=Better yet, just use imgur and put your images in a private album. Get the direct image link with .png/.jpg extension, not any other links.
