Its Pixar BUT after i jumped through all the hoops , I found out it doesn't run in Win 7.

Linux: CentOS/RHEL 7.2+Windows: Compatible with Windows 10 and 8.1

Why are you still on Windows 7 is a better question. Very outdated system that many programs and games do not support anymore. The fact you are downloading a program for renders means your PC is above average and Windows 7's speed is far slower than Windows 10.
My understanding is win 10 takes 20% of your GPU's capacity right off the top for itself. My Sapphire 390 turbo is an older mid range card and I can't afford to upgrade my potato just now. Besides i don't do games. Win 7 may be old shoes but they fit me and my needs just fine and it still has tread on the soles.
I just thought i would post the availability of the program for anyone who might be interested. Besides it's FREE !

Not free. It's a non commercial license / Trial and the offer was from May 2020.
