Modern Pool
A beautiful Modern Pool area, complete with a sub-level sitting area with firebox, surrounded by a shallow pool, which extends into a deep full size pool.
A separate sitting area resides atop a beautiful wood deck area. This set includes a full size tree, lots of foliage, potted plants and trees and accent lighting all around.
This set was modeled from photo references, so this place really does exist in the real world
4 loading options - one FULL load, one load with NO Foliage, one load with NO Props and one load with NO props and NO Foliage. All 4 load with all props and foliage, but they are hidden in the scene tab, this way if you decide you want the props or the plants etc - all you need to do is go to the scene tab and unhide the items you want. This saves from needing to load the entire set again and possibly ruin work you have already done.
