I'll take another look at 7z. It has been a few years since I really looked at my archival software, but back then I ended up going with WinRar because I couldn't open ISO files with 7z and Winrar had that ability.

I will admit it's been 15+ years since I even really looked at it LOL.

Thank you! It was usually happening on non-Mega downloads. I would say maybe 1 in 20 was a Mega download, the rest were through other links.

I hadn't even considered updating Winrar, but that did it.
