You have to rename the file to "OmniHair Root-Tip Blend.dsf"
I also had to create a "OmniSurface" folder.I was worried about the idea of removing daily points, as the points system is what keeps most people coming here. But I see the daily is at 50 now, which I'm fine with. Less points will still get people to log on every day. And it's the same as one purchase, which makes sense to me.
Although I was wondering about the logic behind giving 500 points to new accounts. Wouldn't that encourage leech accounts to come grab points and quickly download stuff before they get banned ? What about freezing their points until they're verified ? So they still get incentive to join us (points), but they can only use their points after a vetting process.

@gaver You can use https://mega.io/desktop that will remember where it left off when it hits the limit.You have to put it in the right folder. I had trouble with that too because my library and installation location are not default. This is my path that works :
E:/My Daz/Applications/64-bit/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/plugins/MF_meshrot.dll
So not the library, you need to find the installation location :
- open DIM
- left-click the little cog wheel in the top right corner and select advanced settings
- You should see your install location under the downloads, installations and applications tabs. If they're different, just drop the mesh grabber files in all of them where there's a plugins folder. Overkill, but it worked for me.Hope that helps, good luck. 🙂
EDIT : Forgot about this, another way of knowing for sure where your plugins go is to go into DAZ and click help > about installed plugins from the top menu. Click on any plugin and it will give you the location below.
@Project5 It should be there if you installed it properly.
Edit: Or if you mean to add it to the top tools, you go window > workspace > customize (or F3)
And then just drag it to where you want it.

Deleted her (manually*) and the error went away.* meaning : I looked at the log file and searched for the word "duplicate", found mention of daphne (devious dolls), searched online, downloaded it again just to see which files/folders it adds, looked for these files/folders in my library, deleted 'only' the daphne folders among those, as there's some other stuff that might be used for other models.
I was only getting this error when loading genesis 8 female, I'm guessing the others are fine. I don't use them anyway. And 8.1 should be the same as 8 probably.

@Pooper Ah, see I'm the other way around. I don't mind that he's a pirate, I just don't like the fact that he's coming after fellow pirates. And I wouldn't go after him either for the same reason.
Welp, Workupload just took a little longer but the file got banned there too.
I see @Sashacerri took over and reuped it, hoping it's better hosting than I could find.
So I'm tapping out of this fight. 😀

@ducksick Agreeing with @Enjoyify on this one. 3duk can be an antipirating pirate, we don't have to be like them. And getting anonymously attacked as you're attacking someone gives you a pretty good guess as to who's attacking you.@Daznik2022

I only have 3 posts, so it's easier to manage my "clientele" if you will. 🙂 I also wish more people did this but I get that people with hundreds of posts might have a hard time keeping track.

Mediafire stayed up for maybe 2 hours.
Workupload is still up. I'll keep an eye on it.
Other than that, Gofile I know doesn't last very long. And Rapidgator is slow and limited downloads I think.
Edit : I'm not being fair with Mediafire : actually only this file got a DMCA warning, not my other ones, so it must be specific request to take it down.Nope, rank is simply a scale of points-in-bank.

And here I thought I had a lot of points... T^TThe google emails linked to my other shared posts were just threatened with a bunch of DMCA warnings. Looks like the guy is fetching all the info he can about me on this site. Strangely the link above was still up (but I took it down just in case) and that email wasn't threatenned, which makes me think either he doesn't read the forums, or his claim to that particular product isn't quite legit (as mentionned above) he wants to fight piracy but without being himself exposed as a pirate, so he attacked my other posts which he had nothing to do with.
Anyway, I transfered the files from google drive to a more discrete location and dropped the new links (dead post : provide new links) on my posts for admins. (Sorry about adding more work, guys. <3 )
BTW, I'm not for site wars either, but shots were definately fired our way today.
NB : All my posts are dead links until admins edit them with the provided new links, DO NOT spend your points on them. 🙂
