@ducksick Agreeing with @Enjoyify on this one. 3duk can be an antipirating pirate, we don't have to be like them. And getting anonymously attacked as you're attacking someone gives you a pretty good guess as to who's attacking you.

Best bet is to do it privately, but if you must, Anonfiles tends to be the most DMCA-resistant.
(I wish nopy was still around.) There's also YourFileStore, Pixeldrain... you could conceivably whack-a-mole your way to a host that doesn't give a crap.

As far as reporting 3DUK to the trademark and copyright holders, I say go for it. If he wasn't blatantly ripping off trademark (and if he uses Wrap, copyright) I'd say leave him alone no matter how aggressive the DMCA requests, but a pirate should never go after other pirates like he has, it just isn't right.

@Pooper Ah, see I'm the other way around. I don't mind that he's a pirate, I just don't like the fact that he's coming after fellow pirates. And I wouldn't go after him either for the same reason.

I probably typed it wrong, because you and I are in perfect agreement, I think.

Let me try it another way. If he weren't a pirate himself, I would understand his fervor and even respect it for what it was. But, I cannot stand hypocrites (that is, a pirate pretending to be high and mighty by going after other pirates.) Worse still, he's violating intellectual property for money, which in many countries is an actual crime (no matter what the entertainment industry would like to have happen, our little free sharing bouts here is not a crime, but a mere civil tort.)
