@frank22, I was up in the nose-bleed section, but I did see a lot of jumping up and down and screaming (no fainting). Being a virile 13 year old male at the time, I would've been willing to help any female in distress but, alas, my assistance wasn't needed. Besides, I was with an older male cousin who would've beat me to the punch in a NY minute. It was an experience I'll never forget ... and am still amazed that my parents fronted me the money to get a ticket and allowed me to go. 😉

Yeah, @pumpher, that was a shocker and I felt a little bad (I'd really like to see Davis do well), but I'd have rather had some of that 30 point margin go toward a win over the Dookies earlier in the season. Let's hope UNC can pin a loss on Special K's gang in conference play!

@pumpher, it's because we've stunk it up for years in football but have always had great basketball to hang our collective hat on. We're getting better but still not at Georgia/Alabama-level ... at least not the push-over we'd been for decades. 😉

I believe it's University of Georgia that Bulldog Jon is referring to. And good on them for winning last night ... great to see Alabama get trounced and Georgia get its 1st national championship. Congrats, @pumpher! I'm hoping Kentucky can get there one day, but that's likely a ways off. But now, it's college basketball season. Thank you for Sahvir Wheeler, Jon!
