@Frank22

@Lapucelle

Thanks for the comments, glad you enjoyed the image! Especially appreciate the different viewpoint on the composition - always glad to try and make changes like that in the future.

There are two improvements I'd love to make to this image if I was ever to run it again:

1. some kind of glint off of the front of the optics, or possibly have them emissive at the view end so that her face was lit slightly.
2. higher bloom setting for more 'glow', the lights are far too crisp for the weather.

Thanks for the feedback people! Appreciate it.

@D0gg0d

Agree on the noise, still playing with fog - one day I'll get it right (maybe). The makeup was a choice though (hence the 'social club' part of the title). Who says you can't put on an attractive face whilst firing large calibre weapons at people? 🙂

Assets include (but are not limited to):

The temple beneath (+ Eden add-on)
Anagord Kathleen
Urban assault rifle
COD Iskra
COD Mara
Thermooptic camouflage suit (CGI) version

Thanks for the response 3Demon, thats super helpful. I tried a few techniques but nothing worked and I kind of gave up so nice to know you're getting results!

[Drayu]

Thanks! Nothing special in terms of surfaces but did use Specular light from Render Studio 2.

Nice work everyone and thanks for the votes people!

I was happy with how mine worked out. Far from perfect and could have done with being left to cook for another 400 hours but learnt loads again.

Multiple submit individual characters would be great! My machine nearly melted trying to handle 4 HD characters in the same render last time 😉
