Help needed! Any ideas why her skin looks like she is a) very, very cold and b) covered in a fairly thick layer of plaster? I'm guessing it's something to do with bump height but couldn't figure it out. Any tips welcomed!

revamping this as I discovered your images, you sir are really talented. I was wondering if in 2 years you are still rendering and if you have advanced in your skills but the renders here were already awesome for me 🙂

Also, I was curious to know two things, first who's the girl from the banner and how you created the neon writing of the zone, it really looks great the render, i love it.
