All I can suggest in that case is checking your graphics drivers and other OS updates, just in case thats catching it.

Check that you have an Nvidia graphics card as well, as if you don't that could well be the issue point.

    Minimum System Requirements:
    OS: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
GPU: NVIDIA GPU with at least 4 GB VRAM (Required for stable AI model processing)
    RAM: 8 GB System RAM
Storage: 8 GB free disk space

For me I installed it on my E:\ Drive. Which is where I store all my non important items, that I'm exploring or playing about with. - In this file Path E:\Program Files\DAZ Pose Generator AI - LaurenDev

After launching the program and adding a picture I click the generate pose button in the top right, let it run till it provides the options for Play or Download.

Just to check before going further, in the bottom right, does it show V1.1.0?

After making sure Daz is loaded, with a Gen 9 figure loaded and selected, clicking play puts the figure into the 'pose'

Choosing 'Download' opens a file explorer where I get to choose where the file is stored.

Not sure where the 'save' button is your talking about, as I don't see one in the program I'm looking at.

I just installed it to my main program drive, which is not the same drive my Daz installation is on, or even my content libraries and it just seems to work. Drive its installed on is not an SSD, its a plain mechanical hard drive

I have got it to run with no issues. Yes there are some rotational items that need to be tinkered with, but to be fair, the main store page does state that some adjustments may well be needed.

I have tried about a dozen so far, and I've only had 1 that was pretty far off, but that was due to 2 limbs being semi hidden in the picture, everything else seemed to link well to the Gen 9 Model I was testing them on.

I think, if your expecting wonderful perfect results, its not going to tick the box, if your ok with it potentially saving you 75-80% of the time in creating the poses, then you'll have a better view of it.

Only thing I'd like, and hope that it might happen, is for them to either be able to select a figure in a group scene to pose, or allow the creation of multiple poses per picture, to reflect a group scene.

Is it worth the asking price to buy, unless your making lots of poses, and want to save a bunch of time probably not. If it was say 10-15 bucks, then perhaps I'd consider grabbing it, but for the almost 50 bucks price tag (not including the current sale) I think its certainly far too big an asking price

    Quick duo of attempts:
    G8/G9 and initial Reference picture

https://postimg.cc/v1YChN3B - Initial results after clicking play
https://postimg.cc/2qkgGK2V - Results after some X-rotation to get figures into the right orientation

Yes some work is going to be required on all of them, but its certainly quicker than trying to dial it in from scratch.
