I do not have any issues with RDGL (Rendorgal) nipples and navel which come with their own texture scripts for G9. The only limitation I face is the lack of support from external nipple/navel morph packages, which only apply to the base G9 mesh. Luckily, the RDGL ones have their own set of morphs which helps. Make sure you have the G9 parent selected while running either the geograft or their material scripts.

(Since you have the same issue with multiple geografts, I have a hunch that you need to select the parent G9 figure for applying the materials. The scripts need access to the parent's materials to copy to the geograft.)
