The latest 'release' version of Daz, 4.24 can NOT utilize the 50 series for Iray, while the beta can. The latest drivers reportedly fix the issues, but I never encountered them so I couldn't tell you first-hand.
I would look at her parameters under 'currently used' somewhere between 1-89 and see what differs from what it is at 0. A parameter got set somewhere, and if you can find it you can remove its key from the timeline.

Thank you for your insights! It's good to know where the hurdle originates, that everyone's dealing with it, and that I'm using the same kind of steps to get around it.
These look pretty close. You'd have to load them separately, size, move, and parent them though.

I think it would be easiest to create your card in Gimp (or your preferred image editor) as layers, exporting a single image to use as a texture on a primitive plane. This way you can quickly go back and edit the text for each wrestler without having to start over.
You could use letters that are available for Daz Studio, just flatten them and lay them against a card background, but with sizing, lack of font options, and having to manually place everything it would be a real chore.I promise, @pooper, I was serious that I had to google it to get the gist.
