It is, theoretically, impossible to pass V-Ray materials, since they are shaders, not bitmap textures. Like a MDL for Iray...
They are not visible in the photo, because I do not have V-Ray installed at the moment... and the model is from 2013.
Apart from that, in the original, there is "DesireFx", which has the dirty habit of manipulating all the names of a mesh. This guy is crazy...@auroramoon , give me a link that you can't download (or don't dare...), and I'll tell you how...

@flashfan200, You talk about exporting to Blender through the Diffeo bridges or Daz itself, and both are from Fbx. It will not recognize the poses due to its rig, so the only way I can find is to export from Daz in Alembic or Obj, which are the only ones that respect the topology. Try it, and you will see how accurate it is. No messed up or lost pose-
If is for a still image, export as alembic (Sagan) or obj... and apply the textures.
For animation, I think this "strange sex addons" dont work very well, because they have a complicated rig and exclusive from the author, and, obviously, a general exporter finds himself lost in the face of novelty. A sequence of obj´s or alembic again, is the solution... , no a fbx.Sorry, but... Where do I get 3D models? Patreon is driven by "artists or creators", not "art deco armchair" or "futuristic gun"... Can you provide a Patreon link for reference? (I don't think I've ever really figured out how it works...)
I work a lot with archive-org or HathiTrust books, restoring pretty bad scans with scantailor advanced ( https://github.com/4lex4/scantailor-advanced ) and if there was something blurry, I used Topaz Denoise. This one looks much better! Thank you!
