The way I see it....
IT is a kind of way to give a sort of present to all the zone members.
As said, it's a goodies bag, so all items in one zip/rar whatever ( and one link)
That link will be visible for a set time.
IF you are a regular on the zone, I think it will be hard to mis.
It is just a fun way to keep the community spirit alive.
You would be surprised about some of the goodies, some people really are generous....
And we all chip in as best as we can ( if we can)

ore to read into it I thinkI see, sounds good to me. Just make it set that none of the items in the bag can be uploaded to the zone in the future, except by the user that put it in the bag. Because you just know someone will download the bag and try to upload it all and get points for it.
I think there are enough people that would recognise such an " upload" and report it.
I think there is a pretty good " moral" on the Zone when it comes to actions like that.
It happens sometimes, mostly new people who : A.didn't read the FAQ
B.didn't check if item is already thereone can make an honest mistake at times, but most of the people with " bad intentions" get filtered out quick.
So I think you wouldn't need to worry to much about it.
But nothing is waterproof .....I like the idea of having the items only available for a short time and the entire thing should be advertised only in the forums and somewhat quietly at that. This way, only folks who take the time to read the forums will see it and we'll eliminate the greedy grab-n-goers. I'm looking at a new item on Daz that I'd like to contribute to the pot, but these days hate the idea of sharing it with the tens of thousands of leeches and parasites on here that never contribute anything.
If one of the mods would like to host the files on my behalf, I have a few items that aren't here that I would love to share for this. And when it's all done they can go ahead and post them up on the site for anyone who misses it, I'm not looking for points or anything.
Hi folks, after a few days I'm still not 100% sure what or how you want to achieve, but if you want to have an exclusive Xmas bag excluding the leechers and prioritizing the forum usage, then why don't do this:
- Create a Mega or GDrive drive for the collected items.
- Start a thread where you can list the collected items, so everyone can see it.
- At the top of this thread add something like "If you want to participate you need to send an item - which is not on Zone, not a freebie or patreon rip and not 1000 years old - to @xy and @xy will send you a link to this repo and will add your item to it. The repo will be only available in December."

Would it be possible to create this as a Yellow Sticky [2023 Grand Xmas Goody Bag] that can stay at the top of the list.
That way it would be easy to find and add to.After the expiry date for the DL it can then be deleted .
🙂@fuzzy3000 We can set any thread to sticky mode 🙂 So if you guys decide what you want to do just start a thread and we can set it to sticky anytime 🙂
