Here's an old joke that might shed some light on the OPs question.

Q: "What's the difference between Ignorance and Apathy?"
    A: "I don't know. And I don't care."

    Hey all,
For Brave use Adguard or Ublock origin if it hasn't been deprecated.
    What I have..
    1) I still don't care about cookies
    2) DuckDuckGo search and track protection
    3) Privacy badger
    4) Canvas fingerprint defender
    Hope this is of help.
    Regards
    Ben

Firefox is decent. All my browsers have ad blockers, some by default. If I really want privacy I use a custom browser that routes through a multihop VPN, tunnels through Onion, and has ad blockers.
