You see, this is why I like the pose sets from Zeddicuss. He(she?) almost always includes partial poses, including foot poses, so you can add heels if you want them, or remove them if you don't. There are other vendors that include two sets of poses - one for heels, one for flat feet... perfect, IMHO.
I always prefer pose kits minus the heel if I have to, but not due to aesthetics. I prefer them without because nobody can seem to agree on the height of the heel. Some pose packs assume a 6cm heel, some assume a 12cm heel, and some, well some are just plain stupid.
