I'm no longer using d-force sim; instead, I'm importing the scene in MARVELLOUS DESIGNER (tricky; first I made a untextured version of the scene and export items involved in the simulation); then export the simulated cloth and add the .obj generated as a morph for the cloth.
It doesn't work with all clothes (if they have separated pieces, well, they fall to the ground once simulation starts), but I'm a totally noob in MD, need to investigate a bit more... but looks promising
