Unreal Engine-specific asset collections similar to this?

Since Epic's new marketplace has completely gone to shit, filled with AI slop and their return policy is even more abysmal than before, I'm curious:

Are there popular, similar sites to UE content as there is for DAZ, like render-state or ZoneGFX?

My search hasn't brought up anything extensive yet, unfortunately. Some smaller, some sketchier sites but nothing special.

I am a member of UEcandy. This site has almost 13k in unreal assets. There are also over 500 free assets to be found. See if this is something for you.

I to wish to find more sites like render-state for unreal engine assets. The only one I found is unrealall(some freebies some you have to pay VIP status) and vfxmed(mostly a bit of everything). We really need to expand on this with more sites
